This two-story vacation home with private pool is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and the perfect homebase for your Orlando-area vacation. As you’ll see from the pictures, Lake View is tastefully decorated and luxuriously furnished throughout. It is fully air conditioned with the added extra of large ceiling in the lounge and all 4 bedrooms.With 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, including 2 with private bathrooms, this house can comfortably sleep 8. The first master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio, large walk-in closet, and hairdryer and private, attached bathroom with twin
vanity units, and large walk-in shower.The second master bedroom is similarly equipped, but with a single vanity unit and large closet. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds each, either a large or walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a clock radio.The lounge has a cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD player, phone with free local calls and Playstation 2 games console.The dining room is furnished with a large hardwood Dining room a chair.The large screened area has a child safety barrier, table, cushioned chairs, recliners and ceiling fans. After the excitement of Disney, Epcot, Universal, Sea World and Bush Gardens- Lake View is the ideal family home to relax and recharge the batteries by the pool.

- Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
