A spacious family room with TV DVD Video and Hi-Fi and a quiet lounge which gives you the opportunity to sit and relax without the TV and/or the kids after all of the fun and excitement of visiting Disney parks and attractions theme parks and attractionsAlternatively, just unwind in the extra large heated, floodlit pool with its relaxing and invigorating integral Spa. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided for your pleasure.The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (Cooker Microwave Fridge and Dishwasher) with an adjacent dining area for your convenience. There is also a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer. The property provides you with two master bedrooms,
a deluxe king and queen bedroom both with private bathrooms, each with TV and DVDs. The remaining two bedrooms contain two twin (single) beds both having use of a dedicated TV, DVD and Playstations.Should you wish to increase the sleeping arrangements, there are two twin (single) rollaway beds provided. The house is certainly large enough to accommodate 10 people, unlike many properties you will view.This immaculate property, as expected, is fully air conditioned and nestled within a beautiful natural conservation area, surrounded by woodland. It is elegantly furnished throughout, providing style comfort. This beautiful home backs directly onto woodland and is south-facing, providing the Florida warmth of the sun and a tranquil setting.Shopping is only a 3 minute drive into the Champions Gate Shopping Center catering all your needs (Publix, CVS & Walgreen’s Supermarkets and Subway, Chinese, and pizza restaurants and gas station. Alternatively it’s only a 7 minute drive to Highway 192 with its endless array of restaurants, shops. New England is a superb private home from home, with just everything included to ensure a wonderful vacation. Practically all you need is your toothbrush!

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
