Palace in Wonderland is ideally located just 6.5 miles from Walt Disney World in the popular Windwood Bay This elegant two story vacation home is over 3,000 sq ft, making it perfect for holiday gatherings or groups.This home features three master bedrooms with private bathrooms, two with king beds, one with a queen. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have a set of twin beds. There are three separate sitting areas in this home, allowing everyone to find a spot to comfortably relax and enjoy their stay. Whether you choose to entertain yourself by watching the 55-inch with a large screen 55-inch projection TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system in the family room, the 32-inch TV in the den, or
catch up on the day's events in the lounge, there's room for everyone. Off the family room is the covered lanai where you can sit poolside, soak in the spa, or swim in the pool that features a 6-inch deep sun-shelf, particularly nice for for infants and young children. The game room features a pool table, foos ball, air hockey, karaoke machine, game console, and lots more!To the best of our knowledge, the information contained in the description and photos of this rental home was accurate at the time it was posted. - Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
