Welcome to “Roses” our comfortable, air conditioned family home, located in the new High Gate Park development.On arrival make yourselves at home in the light, airy accommodation which has been furnished to a high, stylish standard. Roses is set out with family and friends in mind with bedrooms close enough for children to feel at ease yet giving privacy when holidaying with friends. There are two master bedrooms, one with private, attached bathroom, one with bathroom adjacent. Two further bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and tvs with décor to delight adults as well as children. The spacious, well equipment kitchen includes a self-cleaning oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice and cold-water dispenser. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.The dining area has seating for eight people so meals can be enjoyed together if you wish. There is additional seating outside under the shaded lanai.
This area has a ceiling fan and would be ideal for enjoying your breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice or sipping a cocktail whilst watching the setting sun!The lounge with its vaulted ceiling is tastefully furnished and overlooks the pool. It has plenty of seating should you choose to relax inside. For your entertainment there is a 32” cable TV, DVD, stereo and PS2.The patios doors, from the lounge and the main master bedroom, open onto an extended, screened patio area, which is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers and has a south facing aspect. A poolside bathroom is available for your convenience. The pool, which is floodlit, will be a hit with both children and adults alike. It also features a spa where you can unwind and enjoy a cool drink whilst keeping an eye on the children splashing around in the pool. What better way to round off a hectic day enjoying all that Florida has to offer!

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
