When you think of a holiday, think of Serenity! Completed in 2006, Serenity has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas. This luxuriously furnished villa will accommodate up to eight people and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday.The master bedroom has a super king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower, including shower seat if needed. It has cable TV and a walk-in closet with a safe in the wall. The second bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. It has cable TV and a large closet. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds with large closets and share the main bathroom.The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, waste disposal unit and all the crockery and cooking utensils needed to cook a full roast dinner (if that is what takes your fancy!) There is seating for six in the nook (including 2 seats at the breakfast bar) with patio doors leading off to the pool and patio area.The family room has ample seating with cable TV, DVD player with numerous films
to watch and a CD player.The spacious formal living and dining room is ideal for relaxing away from the television. The formal dining area seats six people.There is a separate laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also available for guests use.The games room has a pool table and foosball. There is also a supply of games for all the family. It is also fitted with a ceiling fan.The solar heated screened pool has a colored fiber optic lighting system and child safety fence. The extended pool decking has a table, cushioned patio chairs and sun loungers.The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the main living area, all bedrooms and games room.All linen and towels are provided and there are hairdryers in all of the bathrooms.Wireless internet access is available in the villa, so make sure you bring your laptop with you. The telephone includes free USA calls.Sorry but smoking is not permitted inside the villa or pool enclosure and no pets are allowed.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
