Description
Sterling Corner is a bright, open, 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home, located in the Sanctuary at Westhaven. Walt Disney World is about 7 miles and International Drive is just about 20 minutes away.The community is gated, and is situated just minutes from ChampionsGate, which has two excellent golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Academy. Completed in 2004, this home is perfect in which to spend a vacation or the holidays.The home is fully air conditioned and is also located in a conservation area, which means the view from the rear of the property overlooks a large grass and woodsy area. The pool and deck have been extended, giving plenty of space to lounge around. An extra patio has also been built at the rear of the property, giving even more sunbathing room. To complement this, there is ample patio furniture for you to relax on during your stay.The rear of the property is West Facing, giving you sun from around 10 am to sunset.Sterling Corner has a very large open
plan, with a formal living, dining area and a family lounge, which has a large television and another dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, hob, microwave and waste disposal unit. It also has a breakfast bar and stools. The utility room is also fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron and ironing board.The main master suite is upstairs to the rear of the property. Patio doors lead out onto a large deck/balcony overlooking the conservation area. It has a king bed, plenty of drawer space, large mirror and a 25-inch color TV. In the en-suite area, are two walk in wardrobes, two vanity sinks, and bathroom with large walk-in shower. There are two double bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The main-floor bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the pool patio area. There are also two twin rooms; one upstairs and one downstairs. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, in addition to cabinets and drawer space.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
