Description
Sunnyside is a four bedroom, three bath, with a large private pool. It is backed by a large wooded conservation area, making your poolside view especially relaxing and private.
The home can very comfortably sleep eight people and has a large kitchen and eating area. The king master bedroom has a private bathroom with garden-style corner tub. The second master bedroom features a queen sized bed and is located at the end of a long hallway; it has a full bathroom all to itself. The third and fourth bedrooms
each have a set of twin beds; these rooms are attached to the third bathroom, which is set between them in a unique "Jack-and-Jill" style that is ideal for families with children!
The owner has installed digital cable with a 42 Plasma TV.
Located in the much-desired gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven, just only seven miles from Walt Disney World property, it is adjacent to Champions Gate's world-class golf resort, Sunnyside is the perfect choice for your Orlando-area vacation!

RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions
- Check-In time is 4:00PM
- Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. The name on the reservation must match the name of credit cardholder.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- All guests will be required to electronically sign a rental agreement. Vacation home access details will not be provided without a signed rental agreement on file.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted. The exact billing address will be required to process all credit card payments.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
