Keep in touch with your family back home with unlimited phone calls anywhere in the USA and in Canada.With 2 king-sized master bedrooms (1 with ensuite), 2 queen-size guest rooms, and 2 large children`s` room with 2 twin beds in each, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Full air conditioning throughout the
house as well as a ceiling fan for every bedroom. There are 5 flat-screen tvs throughout the home for your leisure. Your family will be privy to your own in-ground pool and spa/hot tub that is fenced with your children`s safety in mind. Child friendly, the pool area also has 2 locks on the sliding gate leading to the pool and the spa/hot tub.We welcome your well-behaved pets with an additional cleaning fee. - There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
