Windsor Palms vacation home is located inside beautiful gated community of Windsor Palms, just 3 miles from Disney, with shopping, restaurants and golf courses all within easy reach. Enjoy great resort-style living at Windsor Palms including a large community pool and hot tub, separate kids pool, tennis courts, volleyball, kids play area, club house with games room, theater room, fitness room. Paid shuttle service is available to select theme parks.Windsor Palms is ideally located
within the community, just 50 yards from the clubhouse. The open floorplan design, creates a large common area in which the living room, dining room, and flow together in combination with high ceilings and lots of space. There is ceramic tile throughout. It has four bedrooms, two of which are master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds that share a third full bathroom. The great room looks out onto the pool area and hot tub.

- Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
