Florida Spirit offers pet friendly Orlando vacation rentals because we understand that sometimes the entire family needs a vacation together, even the four-legged members. Pet friendly vacation rentals offer many benefits over a hotel for families traveling with a dog. Many pets are distressed by all the noises from other rooms and hallways that are common in hotels. Most hotels have limited space to walk a dog and little space to feed and store their food. With a hotel there is always the worry that the house keeping staff will either let your dog get loose or add extra stress. The biggest downfall of staying in a hotel is your dog only sees you when you are in the hotel room itself.

With pet friendly vacation rentals in Orlando by Florida Spirit you and your pet enjoy an entire home with room to play and relax. With a private home your dog will not be distressed over other guests and have a private back yard to walk and play. All the pet friendly vacation rental communities have walking areas with little car traffic for exercise for both of you. The best part is our pet friendly vacation rentals all have screened in private swimming pools for the family and pets to enjoy together. Most of our pet friendly vacation rentals have safety fences around the pools to protect kids and dogs from the water when they are unsupervised.

Please Note Our Pet Friendly Vacation Rental Policy:  

• Florida Spirit only permits dogs in our pet friendly rentals and there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. 
• There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee for additional carpet and upholstery cleaning.  
• A $250 Refundable Security Deposit will replace the $40 Damage Waiver on all reservations with a dog.  
• Pets may only use the lawn to go to the bathroom. All waste must be bagged and disposed of in the trash. 
• Pets are not permitted in all Florida Spirit homes, any reservation with a pet must only be made in a designated pet friendly rental.
• Violation of any of the above policies will forfeit the $250 security deposit and may result in additional charges and/or eviction.
