My family and I stayed at this fantastic property in August 2012. The property is situated on a very quiet golf complex and is furnished to a particularly high standard throughout. It is a very clean and welcoming home with a superb swimming pool overlooking the Highland Reserve golf course,and was very spacious internally for our family of five. The nearby Berry Town Centre complex has all the amenities you need for your stay. Publix supermarket, several eateries, a petrol station and of course a great Appleby's restaurant which we frequented many times. Fairview proved to be an excellent base for those not wanting to be situated around the busy International Drive area of Orlando. We found access to all the major themed attractions only to be a short drive away. This was the first time that we have visited Florida as a family and we are planning to return again in the future. Fairview on the Highland Reserve complex is most definitely accommodation that we will return to and therefore recommend the property very highly indeed. The UK owners are superb and extremely accommodating in ensuring your needs for an amazing vacation are met.
We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying at the Salt Shaker. The area was so nice and we liked that the neighborhood had the security cameras every where. We had some issues with our pool which you took care of it immediately and we really appreciated that. The man who cleaned our pool was very friendly and courteous. The house was extremely clean when we got there, which was so nice. All in all, we will definitely rent another home from you on our next trip. Thank you for high quality from the home to your customer service.
Great House - Great Location - Amenities as Advertised: My family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 children) stayed in this property with our friends (who also had 2 adults and 2 children) in February 2013. The property had more than enough room for the 8 of us and the layout was fantastic to accommodate both families. The 2 master bedrooms with ensuites were a great feature as it allowed privacy and enough bathroom space to get ready for those early mornings when we went to the parks. The 2 bedrooms with the twin beds were great for all of the kids and provided for more than enough room for them to sleep, play, and relax with a movie. The location of the property was great. Stores, shopping, groceries, and restaurants were all within 5 minutes. The Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and Seaworld were all within 20-30 minutes. On a day trip to the Clearwater Aquarium it only took us 1hr 20mins which was great. The house had enough satellite televisions to keep the adults and children entertained and the kitchen lay out and supplies were great for cooking meals after a long day at the parks. The pool was great and the pool heat was well worth the cost based on having a few cool days. The pool deck was a great location to hang out with the kids and relax as there was more than enough room for all of us to enjoy the pool as well as having a few snacks poolside. We rented a bar-b-q to grill some of our meals and the delivery service was prompt and reasonably priced. The house was very clean when we arrived and has been well maintained and delivered everything that was advertised in the house profile and photos. I would recommend this property to any of our friends or family as it was a fantastic place to stay. Our families fell in love with the pizza chain "Flippers" while we were in Orlando and enjoyed a great day at Clearwater Aquarium visiting Winter the dolphin and ended the day trip with a great meal at Crabby Bill's in Clearwater. I never write reviews but I felt that this property deserved to be recognized as it delivered what was advertised.
We loved everything about this house and would definitely stay here again! Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool late in the evenings. Great location and everything was exceptionally clean! Thanks so much for being part of our kids first trip to Florida and all of the memories we made.
Everything was as promised and we loved our stay. The villa was so comfortable and we all felt very much at home there. We loved the pool and view and hope it never changes as it was so peaceful.
After a long day, arriving at American Palms was a lovely welcome. The villa was spotlessly clean, very spacious with everything we could have wanted. Our children ran around to choose their bedrooms which were very fantastic. Their bedrooms were decorated with Disney themes, large wardrobes, and plenty of drawers.
The main bedrooms had huge beds which were VERY comfy, ensuite bathrooms to die for, walk in wardrobes which was fab, always wanted one at home...
The pool was lovely for swimming after a long day at the parks, we had it heated and it was like getting in the bath...sooooo warm. We found the games room to be a great asset as it rained heavy for 2 days, so we had plenty to occupy us whilst the weather was poor, and my son found the play station handy, as the xbox withdrawal symptoms were kicking in..
Chris the owner had given us some great tips for the holiday as it was our first time, directions and advise which we took were great for supermarkets etc, he was always helpful, and very friendly on the phone, and answered my numerous emails to him throughout our time waiting for the hols to approach.. thanks Chris..
The location was perfect for reaching the Disney parks, we were there within 15 minutes, and 25 minutes to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, shopping malls and premium outlets for great shopping days.
We absolutely loved the villa, and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there, the whole holiday was fantastic, a big Thank you to Chris and Maureen for letting us stay there, we didn't want to leave.....Jo, Col, and kiddies.

The rental was in a great location. The house was very spacious and clean. The only thing missing was the starter equipment ie. dish detergent, paper towels etc... Will definitely recommend over and over, The price was EXCELLENT

The best vacation for the new season.
This was a great opportunity to welcome a new year with much anticipated joy it deserves.The vac house has all amenities for cooking good food,music,and there was good quality furniture.I would recommend the house to friends going on vacation
Great place especially for the $
We had a wonderful stay at the Liana. This place was fantastic- clean, spacious, quiet location, near restaurants, and a 15min drive to disney. The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and pans but no condiments or anything like that so bring your own salt and pepp! Also you only get one roll of tp, paper towels, 1 load of siap etc, so expect to make a quick trip to the grocery store.

We particularly liked the space throughout the villa particularly the en suites and the large family room and kitchen. We were also impressed with the large lanii, the pool and the excellent hot tub which proved our favourite resting place after a long day shopping or at the parks.

Fantastic Stay! - This house was a fantastic rental for one week. It was in a great location - really close to all of the supermarkets, a short drive from Disney/theme parks, and only about an hour and a half from the beach! The multiple living areas in this house made it extremely comfortable for us - eight of us stayed in the house, so we were able to spread out and have our own space. Those who stayed with me were incredibly surprised at how nice the house was upon arrival! I will definitely rent this house again in the future.

WILL DO AGAIN - Stayed @ Disney Resorts last 10 years, renting a house was so much more relaxing after being in a park all day. No doubt we will rent a house next year. Cost was a little more, but well worth it!
Disney Vacation - We had a wonderful time at this home. Well maintained and close to the Dinsey parks, so we could come home in the afternoons and take a break. Nice location, and will come back here again!
Quiet and relaxing place. - This rental home was extremely satisfying. The development this home is in was very quiet and made for a very relaxing vacation. Would differently recommend this home and your company to anyone that is going to stay in the Orlando area. We really enjoyed our stay and was well worth our picking this home. The pool in this home was very good; but only one draw back is it had no hand rail to go into the pool, we still enjoyed the pool a lot.
Relaxing! We had a great time staying in this home. My son was in the pool from sun up to sun down. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the house felt just like home. We had a bit of a pool overheating problem but that was solved right away and I could do without the palmetto bugs but it sounds like that is life in Florida! : )
