Amazing vacation!! - We arrived and could not believe how beautiful the house was. We could not have asked for a better vactation home for our family and friends.
Fantastic weather at a Fantasia home holiday! House was great. location was great, pool was great, the whole time spent at this house was one of the best we've rented from from you.
We had 2 sets of parents, one set with a 24 yr son with Down Syndrome who were traveling to the area to watch their sons play baseball on spring break in the Russ-Matt Tournament. We had thought about staying in the hotel with the boys, but thought it would be nice on their 2 days "off" to be able to relax with family without being with the rest of the team.. This worked out great. The 3 ballplayers we have, have been playing together since they were 6 yrs old. And the 24 yr old son looks upon all 3 of them, as "little brothers." Now they are in college together and it is like we have known each other for years but not really. This house gave us the parents the opportunity to spend "personal" time together that we never really had. We have since became closer as friends like never before, more like family than we were before. This house gave us everything we needed.
Privacy of 2 master suites and 2 extra bedrooms for the extra boys. The pool and hot tub were loved by all, especially the boys after a game. Parents loved it too just to relax. The gameroom was an added feature that we took full advantage of, a little competition between friends. It was an awesome stay. 1st time rent a house, will most definately do it again. Cruzos was awesome!!
"Our vacation could not have been any better! Let me begin by telling you how awesome the Florida Spirit Vacation Team was! Outstanding service every step of the way! We fell in love with the vacation home we rented when we viewed it on their website. We thought the photos did it justice, but when we got there it was just breath taking! To top it off the home was absolutely beautiful, and in a beautiful subdivision. It was perfect & the home came fully equipped!!! We were on a family vacation with our children and another family and felt like we were in complete paradise! I have told our family and friends about Flordida Spirit Vacation Homes and had to be sure that I left a very honest review of such an awesome experience for others to view!

Wonderful house and location - Could not ask for a better appointed house or professionals to deal with. I organize an annual golf trip for 16 members of our golf club and have already talked to Spirit about renting 4 equivalent houses for this coming year.<br/>The only thing to say about Sunnyside was absolutely wonderful both inside and out.
Including my son's annual group golf trips I have now through Flordia Spirt visited the Davenport area six years and every year left with the promised to come back the next year. Flordia Spirit and their staff are as professional and as helpful as one could want and in I have recommended them to my friends who now have used them with the same outstanding results. The homes they provide, the prompt way the deal with any issues is again the key that Flordia Spirit will do their part in making one's Flordia stay something very special. That is what has happened with our family and to date every trip ends with the plan to return next year. I can not recommend what Flordia Spirit provides highly enough.<br/>

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well furnished, the location was great and the pool/hot tub was superb. We would definitely recommend this home to all of our friends for a vacation home away from home. We are already planning on coming back again next year!<br/><br/>Thank you for the great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at nirvana. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied with are rental house . I have been telling all my friends and family what a great time we had. I loved the gated community. I felt safe. We would definetly rent another house from them.

Easter Break at Eagle View! Having rented from FSVH before our expectations were high for this rental and we were'nt disappointed.The house was everything that was represented,the pool heat was on when we arrived (although with the high temperatures outside we really didn't need it). Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for any taste, and close to Disney. FSVH is really a first class company and we will definitely continue to use and recommend them.
Spring Braeak 2012 - Everything was great with the rental. It was great to come home to a very nice location that is clean and very well kept. THANKS
We have used Florida Spirit Vacation Rentals for the last 15 years! We have never been disappointed. We always enjoy the homes and are very pleased with the service. On the rare occasion that we have had a problem, it is always dealt with quickly and efficiently. This was another great Florida vacation experience!!
Vacationing in Orlando - It was my first time and I enjoyed it...the neighborhood was very nice and it was in a convenient location. The pool was an asset due to no beaches close around. I will be revisiting again soon.

Great Home - What a roomy home. Fully loaded kitchen, pool and gameroom were fantastic! We were 8 gals ranging in age from 65 to 19 and there was space and amenities for all. We are already trying to get back;)
A Great Stay - Great neighborhood, nice club house, friendly people. Home was quite spacious and a great value compared to a hotel. Only complaint is that the TVs were small. But hey, who's watching TV with all that sun and fun outside.
The Enjoyment of being at Tynlee - I Enjoyed my stay at Tynlee.The rooms were nice and spacious.The Master bedroom was very nice especially the bathroom. I enjoyed taking my bath in the garden tub. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. The patio furniture was very nice. I enjoyed laying out reading my book. This is a nice house to vacation in.I will do it again. Thank You
Myself, wife, daughter, son-in-law & three grandkids had a great time at the house. Pool and pool area wer excellent. House with four spacacious bedrooms were excellent. Kids went to Disney, but we stayed at the pool. It was the 1st trip for the g-kids, one they will never forget and the place had alot to do with the success and memories for all.
