"We are from Brazil and the experience of renting a home was essential for the well being of my family during our Disney visit. We are sure that there is not better option when traveling with kids. In our case, 2 kids (5 & 7 years of age. We rented the house with other two families and the size of the house was essential for our well being. We are sure that if we stayed at a hotel or resort we would not have the same comfort and privacy. Also, we had cooked our own food, avoiding eating unhealthy foods everyday at restaurants etc.

Loved the spacious bed was comfortable. It was very clean but the pool was to cold .it was in the mid 70 s and the heater should of kept it at a reasonable temp later on in the day.
My vacation was perfect thanks to the lovely home we stayed in. I have rented homes for the past 18 years in Florida and other locations and this home was one of my favorites and will probably revisit in the future.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I was so happy to be able to bring my chihuahua with us. We had a wonderful time. The layout of the home was perfect, the location was great and we had a very nice time. ENJOY!
THIS HOUSE WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY FOR 3 ADULT COUPLES. I WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN IF THINGS WORKED OUT RIGHT.
Another absolutely wonderful home. This was our 5th stay in 4 years and I can say that the homes and the management staff were wonderful. Love to own one of these homes myself. Hope to see you soon.
For the first time in our family history we did not spend Thanksgiving at a family members home. And also for the first time we stayed in a house instead of a hotel or condo for our vacation.
My son and daughter in-law came in from Atlanta, my daughter and her boy friend drove from Akron OH, and my husband and I brought my parents from Cleveland. The eight of us had the most wonderful time at our "home away from home". Thursday and Friday we spent together at Disney and then Saturday we all hung out by the pool and hot tub. We ALL agreed that the home we stayed in was awesome.

This will be our 4th year renting with Fl Spirit. We've stayed at different properties and have never been disappointed. we always have a good time. And every house has always delivered as promised. We look forward to visiting again next year.
We stayed for a week and Key West was a great place to stay and call home. It was great to unwind in the calm quiet of Key West! Convenient to everything (Disney, airport, Sea world), cool (pool),and calming for all of us. Thank you Florida Spirit for a great time!
We recently stayed at Roses and had a wonderful experience. The property was everything we had hoped for and the location to Disney and Universal was great! Loved the heated pool and used it every day! Shopping was close by and many restaurants to choose from! So much to do in Orlando that 12 days was far too short a time to visit! The property management people were so friendly and on the spot if we had any problems! We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation staying at beautiful Roses pet friendly vacation home in Orlando. The Florida Spirit staff were so friendly and helpful every time we talked to them. Any small problems or questions and they were right on it! We had our adult children staying with us for part of our stay and loved all the space for visiting and also privacy when we wanted it. The heated pool and spa off the patio was a favorite gathering place in the mornings and evenings for all of us.
Being so close to the Disney parks was a convenient bonus. We had two cars so we could come back to the house to let our pets out during the day, rest and swim and then go back to Disney in the evenings. Another bonus to staying at Roses in Legacy Park was the convenience of numerous restaurants on Route 192 on the way to the Disney parks, and Walmart, Target, and Walgreens just a few miles away on Route 27. Roses' kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals if you wanted to. Loved having a washer and dryer so handy!
Disney World parks were of course wonderful, but our highlight park was the Wizarding World of Harry Park at Universal.Don't miss it! For lunch one day, go to Downtown Disney and try the Earl of Sandwich. Delicious and reasonably priced. At Epcot, Via Napoli has authentic Italian pizza, but make a reservation ahead of time. At Magic Kingdom, Pecos Bill Cafe for a quick lunch, Liberty Tree Tavern for a wonderful evening meal (make reservations ahead). Do your research prior to your trip because you can't see and do it all!
We felt safe at Roses in the gated neighborhood of Legacy Park and it was so quiet and calm. We hated to leave that beautiful home and the warm Florida weather after 12 days! There is so much to see and do in Orlando that we only touched on a fraction of fun possibilities! We would love to come back and we would definitely recommend Florida Spirit's beautiful homes and wonderful friendly, efficient staff to all our friends and family!
We don't just have ONE vacation story. This is the third
time that we have stayed in a Florida Spirit Vacation Home. The first two
times we stayed at the Gaelic House in Calabay Parc. My wife my three year
old daughter and myself brought along my parents as well. We had not
vacationed with them in years and had so much fun visiting all the local
Parks and watching our young daughter interact with Grandma and Grandpa.
Florida Spirit was great to us the second time we tried going to Florida but
had to cancel our trip last minute due to our daughter needing ear tube
surgery. They worked with us and helped us to change our vacation to a later
date, saving us thousands of dollars and salvaging our vacation as well. The
most recent time we went this past December, we stayed in the Dream House.
Everything is taken care of for your stay, just come and relax and enjoy! We
are so happy with our vacations, we brought along our good friends this time
and they are planning a trip with their parents for later this winter!
This is the fourth year our family has chosen a Florida Spirit Vacation Home. The staff is always helpful and easy to talk to. Any issues that come up are easily handled by FSVH.
This was our first time renting a home and it was incredible! We had a great time and the home was all of what we expected and more. The kids loved the pool and game room. My niece wore one of the costumes to Disney our first day. The location was convenient..close to groceries, gas station, main roads but yet was very quiet neighborhood. For some of our group it was the first time to Florida and the Disney parks, we also spent a day int he Daytona area. We had a group of 8 and it was agreed by all that we would definitely rent from Florida Spirit Homes again and have been recommending this option to everyone we tell about our vacation. Thanks for the Great Vacation!!
We are from Wisconsin and fully enjoyed the area. We found renting a home is a great way to vacation!!! Only had an issue upon getting to our house that we were unable to get in as our confirmation number/code had changed without us knowing. Once we were able to contact the mgmt company we had no issues. House was clean, roomy, pool was clean..plenty of room for our 2 families to have their own space yet be together. We would definitely rent again!!
The house is beautiful and very clean. Its in a great location. The only thing that we suggest is upgrading the mattresses on ALL the beds. They were worn out and not very comfortable. New Mattresses would make my review all 5 Stars!
I loved our vacation. The staff was wonderful and kind. We stayed at the house most of the time and went for walks in Calabay Park. The neighborhood people were very kind and greeted us as we went by. Very enjoyable community. We loved our time in the Liana. We loved the view of the woods from the back patio. Thank you.
