Annual Forecast
Our team of rental managers creates rental summaries and projected rental performance reports to help our owners better understand their homes’ success and plan for the future.
Online Management System
All of our homeowners have access to a personalized online booking and management system that allows access to their booking calendars to reserve their properties and view current reservations.
Electronic Statements
We provide every owner with detailed monthly statements summarizing revenue and expenses sent via email the first business day of each month. Additionally we send an end of year statement with a full overview of the year for tax purposes. While the statements are sent as PDFs via email, we also post all statements to the online management system to allow owners to review past statements at any time.
Direct and Timely Payments
Our owners can request the surplus funds from their owner reserve account at any time and we will send a check directly to their bank for deposit or their home address.
Travel Insurance and Damage Waiver
We offer travel insurance and damage waiver programs to every guest. These programs not only protect rental guests, but also our owners and their homes. Owners are reimbursed for losses due to cancellation and property damages.
Professional Contractors and Vendors
Florida Spirit only permits fully licensed and insured contractors and vendors in our homes to address any property needs. We also provide our owners with full access to communicate freely with any contracted professionals to ensure any questions or concerns are answered.
