Historically, Florida Spirit Vacation Homes did not take on property management of homes that were not purchased through Florida Spirit Real Estate; however, we do have a limited need at this time for high quality Orlando vacation home rentals in the following communities:

- High Grove
- Solana
- Tuscan Hills (pool homes)
- West Haven: The Shire, The Manor, Abbey, Sanctuary or Hamlet
- Windsor Hills (pool homes)
- Windsor Palms (pool homes)
Florida Spirit also offers both seasonal and long-term rentals to homes in select communities. Florida Spirit Real Estates Services Inc, a Florida licensed Real Estate Brokerage firm will work closely with property owners to find well qualified tenants for their home. Florida Spirit performs back ground and credit history checks on all long-term rental prospects.
