1. Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in the Florida Sprit Vacation Homes - 2009 Share Your Experience Promotion, participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry and U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states. This offer is only available to past guests of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void in RI, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees and directors of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, advertising & promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering this contest, participant agrees to these official rules and the decisions of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. How to Enter:
To enter on the internet, go to: Share Your Experience web page and fill out the registration form, including full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, dates of most recent stay, home series, property name, your vacation story text and any photos you wish to share.
To enter by mail, send entry with your full name, address, and daytime phone number, dates of most recent stay, home series, property code, your vacation story text, and any photos you wish to share to: Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, Attn. Marketing Dept.; 8281 ChampionsGate Blvd., ChampionsGate, FL 33896.
All entries and photos submitted become the property of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes and will not be returned. The receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. FSVH is under no obligation to use submitted entries in advertising and marketing materials. FSVH will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Offer is limited to one per person per household. Mail in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2010. Entries must be submitted on the website by Jan/31/2010. Entries submitted in violation of the FSVH 2009 Share your Experience Terms & Conditions will be void, including multiple entries.

3. Promotional Period:
Promotional period begins on January 01, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on December 31, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) (“Promotional Period”). Mail in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2010. Winner will be selected on or after February 15, 2010. Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months from drawing date (reservation must be made for dates prior to February 15, 2011).

4. Prize:
1 Grand Prize will be awarded, which will include: Seven night accommodation in a Florida Spirit Vacation Home private pool home for up to ten guests (must agree to rental terms & conditions). Size and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party & availability & is at the discretion of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes.
Reservation may not be redeemed for high season dates. High Seasons include: Christmas, New Years & Easter (refer to website for high season dates). All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to: ground transportation from initial point of departure to airport, car rental, entertainment, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes. In the event that FSVH cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of prize: US$1,200.00
Winner must agree to rental terms & conditions of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions:
Florida Spirit Vacation Homes:
o Valid credit card in renter’s name will be required at time of reservation for damage waiver and applicable taxes.

6. Liability:
By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither FSVH or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that FSVH may use and/or display the winner’s likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.

7. Taxes:
All taxes on prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
