Encanto Palace will provide the perfect vacation experience for you with all it has to offer! On the main level you walk in to your open kitchen that has a large island that seats 4. There is also the dining room that is gorgeously decorated with a dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably. The beautiful living room has comfy couches, with a flat screen TV and pool view.

Bedroom One Downstairs: King bedroom with master bathroom ensuite Downstairs. Stand-alone bathroom that has pool access door. On the pool deck, you can lounge in the Florida sun with loungers and a table with additional seating.

Located upstairs, you will find the loft provides style and comfort with natural lighting surrounding the room. Around the loft are an additional four bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. Bedroom Two: One Queen bed, Bedroom Three: Encanto theme room with two single beds, Bedroom Four: Mickey theme room with two single beds, Bedroom Five: One queen bedroom with green colored wall, Bedroom Six: One king bedroom with ensuite.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.

Basic home with little to offer

We selected this home for our spring break trip based on it being a newer home with what looked to be good amenities. When we arrived the home was very hot and humid inside. The thermostat was set at 74 and signs were posted on both floors stating it was not allowed to be any lower. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have stayed at homes in Florida in all times of the year and never had this be a policy. It was almost impossible to sleep due to the heat and humidity (60% most of the time). We had to go purchase fans out of pocket to cool down. The home does has a small pool and spa. The spa could not be used after 8 PM due to the pump no longer being on and the water level being pulled down in the spa causing the jets to shoot water everywhere. Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone based on the A/C restrictions and spa. I couldn't imagine staying here in the middle of the Florida summer.

Spring Break

The staff was nice. The community is quiet. The home looks just pictures. Home was clean. I gave a 4 because of the ac ��‍♀️. There are signs post in the home saying don’t set temp below 74 but when it is 80+ degrees outside that is not reasonable, especially during the daytime. At night we had to sleep
With windows open in all the rooms upstairs because of the excessive heat.

Encanto house nice but very basic

We were a group of 11 who were staying the beginning of February for 5days and 4 nights. The house looked perfect for our needs from the description and photos from the listing, but when we arrived we realized that it was very basic and bare bones. The house was spacious and everyone could have their own space if they wanted which was great. That is where is ends. The beds had very firm, very cheap mattresses that were similar to sleeping on a hard floor on top of a blanket. There was not enough extra pillows or blankets for the number of bedrooms there are. The blankets were a big miss because the property management company keeps the AC locked to the mid 70’s and the heat in the mid 60’s. Since it was the beginning of February the evenings got very chilly and the house was cold. There was not enough cooking equipment pots and pans in order to make meals, we ended up going and buying extra pots and pans at the local marshals. There was also not enough cooking utensils. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub/spa. We had paid the extra fees for the heat to be turned on. While it did warm the pool it was like warm at best, and the spa never got hot or close to the pool temp. The first 3 of the 4 days the hot tub would drain when turned on and not be able to be used. After contacting the management company they kept saying it was fixed but really didn’t get fixed and usable until the last day. The gentleman Cam who were in contact with was pleasant at first, but then the pleasantry went away as the days went on when we let him know about the pool/spa and our disappointment. We would not stay here again just based on our experience and the lack of basics to this house. You can spend the same amount or a little bit more and get a house that feels more like a home that will have more of the basic amenities and needs for a large family group staying.

Great clean home

Home was awesome nice and clean but way too hot there was a restriction on the thermostat so we were not allowed to cool the house below a certain point. It was very hot in the house so sleeping was not comfortable. If that issue is fixed this would be a gold star property everything else about it was absolutely perfect!!!! Pool was clean and heated. Clean clean clean!!
