The home is part of the prestigious new Champions Gate development, located only minutes from Disney World in Orlando, and close to an array of fantastic shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

As you arrive at this home, the brick-paved driveway invites you to see what’s inside.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a professionally decorated home featuring elegant touches throughout. The home features an open-plan, upgraded kitchen, a tranquil dining area and a fun family space. It also includes a loft area upstairs with corner sofa seating, flat screen TV and an Xbox One.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

CHAMPIONS GATE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.
