The Retreat at Legacy Park is a popular, yet tranquil, community of substantial homes just off the US Highway 27, and minutes south of US Highway 192. There is choice of nearby stores and restaurants, both locations are less than a couple of miles away. Use either the local shops at Berry or those located at Cagans Crossing. The development is just a short drive from golf courses and other amenities.
Although conveniently close to the main road links, the house is positioned so as to retain its quite and peaceful charm .DISNEY is the closest attraction - about 10- 15 minutes drive - with Universal, Sea World and others, a little further away. I-4’s Exit 55 is just a few minutes away and provides quick and easy access to Busch Gardens and the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast, or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, and all of the Central Florida attractions.
Take the opportunity to enjoy your vacation/holiday in this very spacious two story vacation home. The home has had many recent upgrades and features two living rooms, two dining areas, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 4 TVs and a DVD player.
You enter the house to a large lounge and dining room, both of which are beautifully furnished. At the rear of the house is a spacious family room which includes a 48” flat screen TV, a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also an indoor laundry room containing a full size washer and dryer, that leads through into the recently installed games room. The games room contains a 7 ft pool table, air hockey and Foosball . Access to the pool area is either direct through patio doors from the lounge or through the restroom.
Upstairs is a spacious master suite, containing a king size bed, huge walk in closet and bathroom which has double vanity, tub and a separate shower cubicle. This master bedroom is tastefully decorated and also has 28” flat screen TV. The second, smaller, master suite has a double bed, walk in closet, en suit bathroom with combined tub and shower and a 19” flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have twin beds, one of the rooms has a 19” TV; and these rooms share the family bathroom.
Other amenities include, cable TV, and free WiFi internet access so you can keep up with the latest information or check your e-mails. Outside the sunny pool deck has plenty of room for sunbathing and is not directly overlooked. The pool has a spa. The pool is heatable (extra charges apply). Here you can enjoy a day of sun, or relax after a day visiting the local attractions. Patio furniture includes 2 sun beds, table and chairs.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay only issue we had was that the dryer didn’t work and the Wi-Fi signal kept going out down stairs but other than that we enjoyed our week there! The house was spacious and the pool and spa was really nice to have and enjoy .

Vacation Rental
House was nice and very clean, pillows very uncomfortable, beds were okay. The game room was nice, but very warm, owner did not want AC under 76 deg.Very close to Disney and all attractions. Walmart within a mile, with restaurants close by. Overall a nice house with just a few problems, we enjoyed our stay.

As our experience Florida Spirit is the best when it comes to renting the perfect home to enjoy your family vacation.The house was amazing and clean just as we expected. The only thing we did not like about the pool are was that there is no light outside, so when there is no daylight we weren’t able to use the pool. It will be a good idea to have light install in the pool area or in the pool. House is close to major malls, Walmart, and the Disney world. Even though we couldn’t use the pool at night, we had a wonderful time.

Almost but not enough
House needs some inside maintenance work. Some of the bads mattresses are to old and it was impossible to sleep and the sheets were not properly washed. We found the washed towels in the dryer but only after 2 days and in my opinion in the kitchen would be nice to have more pots of different sizes. Some of the furniture around the pool need to be changed and the pool area was not cleaned before our arrival. We will not rent again this property in this condition.

Restful vacation

I have always stayed at one of the vacation rentals from Florida Spirit Vacation Homes and they never cease to make me happy.
If I could suggest anything would be for the owner or cleaning service to check really good behind last people before new ones come in.
I went to cook something and found dried up eggs in the entire skillet, one of the dining room chairs leg was bent and wobbles real bad. And one of the pool chairs outside was broke and when my husband went to sit down he went right through it to the ground. Other then that there were no complaints at all.

Florida Home

Pros-Very large, tons of space. Game room nice, overall clean. Sofas and most furnishings were nice.
Cons-bedroom advertised as double master bedroom had a full size bed which we missed when booking. IMHO should at least have a queen. We traveled with my senior parents and they took king master suite. Very uncomfortable when you are used to a king. After three nights of no sleep we took turns sleeping in son's room with twin for one and the full for the other parent. There was plenty of space in room for a larger bed. Maybe don't advertise as a master suite if the bed is more suited for a child then a couple.
-third rental we have done in Orlando area and by far the furthest from parks and attractions...about 40 mins to everything.
-Leave the condiments..everything was completely bear. Every other house would at least keep the salt and pepper and maybe the dish soap from others before. I get your not responsible but incidentals add up really quick on guest end. Books, games, floats and other things guest leave behind that might be helpful would be nice.
-no extra blankets, was cold and rainy when we were there
-couple extra towels would be nice too
-no grill???
-no garbage can in master bathroom room (one with full bed)

Family Holiday

This is a lovely property in a perfect location very close to all attractions. It suited our family very well from us, our Daughter and Son-in-Law and Grandchildren, very large and spacious property with 3 Bathrooms upstairs, making it very relaxed for us all. Pool was lovely and Grandchildren particularly enjoyed that. We have had a very positive experience with both the property and Florida Spirit Vacation Homes.

Everything you need

We have hired different villas over the years in Davenport and this was right up there - very clean, located and has everything anyone would need. We particularly liked the kitchen layout and the master bedroom is cavernous! We had case to call the maintenance company twice. The first time our query was dealt with instantly and to our full satisfaction. However when I called to report something else that needed fixing, I had no confidence it would be dealt with - and it wasn't. Neither issue was anything major - one death with quickly and perfectly, the other not at all. Overall good experience.

This house is perfect for a large family, and is conveniently located. There was plenty of seating and bed space for everyone, and no one felt as if we were right on top of each other. The only cons to this property were the cleanliness of the master bathroom (black mold growing in the shower) and the pool light did not work. I will emphasize the only cleanliness issue I found was the master bathroom ... otherwise, the house was clean and in great condition.
