Located in the much-desired gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven, just only seven miles from Walt Disney World property, it is adjacent to Champions Gate's world-class golf resort, Sunnyside is the perfect choice for your Orlando-area vacation!
Sunnyside is a four bedroom, three bath, with a large private pool. It is backed by a large wooded conservation area, making your poolside view especially relaxing and private.
The home can very comfortably sleep eight people and has a large kitchen and eating area. The king master bedroom has a private bathroom with garden-style corner tub. The second master bedroom features a queen sized bed and is located at the end of a long hallway; it has a full bathroom all to itself. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a set of twin beds; these rooms are attached to the third bathroom, which is set between them in a unique "Jack-and-Jill" style that is ideal for families with children!
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Beautiful villa with private back and south facing pool

We had a fabulous time, the pool had sun all day and the back is quite private. We spent quite a bit of time playing games in the garage/games room. It was wonderfully decorated and far from the master bedroom so noise was not an issue. The property management company was professional and attentive. The location was great except for traffic build up in the AM on our way to Universal but it was all worth it. I would recommend this villa for sun and fun!

Everything in the house was very clean with the exception of the carpets in BR 2 and bleach spots on both master BR and BR2 there was no air for the air hockey table and the dart tips were so badly bent they would not go into board but the boys did have fun playing pool the hand rail for the pool needs to be addressed soon it wobbles back and forth so it does not make someone who is older ME feel safe the house itself is in a great location close to Publix Walmart several shopping malls for emergency and the longest drive for things to do was hour and Half to silver springs glass bottom boats water parks 30 min great fun!! I would stay here again if the above things were addressed!!

Awesome!
Our stay was amazing, my family loved the pool, game room, and the home was comfortable and beautiful. Celebrated my daughters 6th Birthday and she was so happy to have this home for our stay. Disney world is about 20 mins and all of the local stores are about 7 mins just perfect. It felt like home I will definitely be back.

Very nice house, clean and comfortable. The heated pool and game room were nice. Just be aware that very little comes with, no cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, etc.

Fantastic holiday
Brilliant holiday this location is perfect for a family stay who are visiting Didney but also want to visit other attractions in the area. This villa is situated in the pristine area of Champions Gate, excellent facilities close by. Short drive to major attractions. Neighbourhood is gated and very quiet. Love this villa and we will be back soon

The home was more than we expected for the 8 of us. We especially loved the layout of the bedrooms. The game room is hot during the day and the pool desperately needs to be redone as it’s very hard on your feet. Home was clean and decorated nicely.

2nd Stay

The home was in good shape and in the same location as my last visit with Florida Spirit. Only thing was the spiderwebs on the light fixtures. Especially above the dining room table. My daughter was scared. Also, a channel guide for the television. Other than that, the stay was great and spacious. My children and grandchildren loved the gameroom in the garage. Didn't have that the last time.

We loved the house. A lot of space to spread out.
Rooms were a good size and the master was huge. Game room was hot during the day but we weren’t home much anyway. Had an issue with the tub and alarm but all I had to do was call and they took care of things quick. Everything was close but I4 was always busy. Very happy with our stay we decided to stay 2 extra nights.

Baseball trip

We were 2 adult couples there for our sons college baseball spring training.The house is great - comfortable & roomy. The beds were great! The pool was awesome! The kitchen has plenty of plates and glasses & the table was the perfect size with comfortable chairs. The location was perfect - the team stayed in Kissimmee, 8 miles away and the complex where they played in Auburndale was a 20 minute drive. The property management people were friendly & easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great family home!
This home was perfect for our family of 7. Enough comforable beds and baths. While we didn't get to enjoy the comfortably heated pool as much as we would have liked because of rain, on our sunny day it was very pleasant and spacious and the for enjoying the warm fall weather. The game room was a delightful bonus for all members of our party.

The house was super clean, they left note stating that the screen around pool were damaged from hurricane Irma which I can understand but they should have given me a heads up really didn’t get enjoy the pool so much because had to constantly get dragonflies out and they ain’t small and had to clean bugs out the pool. But the game room was amazing and fun

Family Spring Break 2017
This was a Spring Break vacation was AWESOME!! My family & I ( which included, myself, my daughter and her husband, my 3 grandchildren and kids family friend came to visit Disney Parks. The house was FANTASTIC!! Very clean, the kids loved the private pool, game room equipped with pool table, air hockey, etc., which was great for the day that we didn't visit the parks. We were only approx. 15 minutes to Parks. I was just super impressed with the cleanliness of the home. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully before the year is out.

House was very clean and well equipped. Pool was lovely and clean. It was great to have a washer/dryer to do laundry. One day we came home and the latch on our door would not open. I called management and they arrived within 5 minutes to fix the problem. Very friendly and professional. The kids loved the game room!

As we were travelling with a group of 9 including children ages 7,4 and 18 pmonths, we had a rather large wish list for accommodations.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including one at the pool there was plenty of space for everyone.
The whole family enjoyed the games room as well as the pool,which was cleanand warm. The boys were able to play catch in the yard. The kids were able to rest or have quiet time in their own rooms, each with a television(Disney Channel).
The moms really appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped.
The location of the house was great, about 15 minutes to the parks and we also explored Kissimmee, Davenport, Lakeland and CocoBeach.
We would highly recommend renting a house when travelling with a group and our experience with Florida Spirit was excellent.

Loved it. The children loved the pool and game room. Very clean. Pool needed some attention with the dip net but was certainly ok. The furniture was nice even the beds slept great. We'll worth the price to stay verses a hotel. Thanks for the memories.

Beautiful gated community. The landscaping and homes there were all very lovely. Sunnyside house was very nice and roomy. Great game room and pool. Just a little futher to Disney than expected, but an easy drive and location that was no problem. Great vacation.

Sunnyside review
The house was the perfect size for our family of seven. Having a pool right outside the door was our children"s favorite part of the vacation. The only thing I would do differently is make certain to choose a home with a pool fance as we have small children who are big enough to open the sliding doors. Property management responded quickly when we had a leaky toilet. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful house and location
Could not ask for a better appointed house or professionals to deal with. I organize an annual golf trip for 16 members of our golf club and have already talked to Spirit about renting 4 equivalent houses for this coming year.

Christmas Break Retreat
Our family of 6 stayed 6 days and loved it. I don't think our kids would have cared if we had just stayed @ the house the entire time. Plenty of space,kitchen was great - we did a lot of our own cooking, pool was great. Our only complaint was on the morning we were to leave was having the cleaning couple watch us load our vehichle the entire time. They arrived @ 9:00AM and according to our lease agreement we had until 11:00AM. Just a little frustrating.
