Holiday Season Means High Season

Florida Spirit Vacation Homes continues to experience the bustling effects of their high season, as stress-crazed travelers call in to make last-minute bookings for arrivals in the months of December and January. Orlando is the prime destination for families looking to escape the harsh winter and instead, enjoy a holiday away in the warmth. With famed attractions such as Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios all minutes away from our Florida Spirit vacation homes, travelers are hoping to book a rental right in time for Christmas.

“The phones have been ringing non-stop around here,” says Ali, Manager of Florida Spirit Accounting. “It’s people hoping to make a reservation around Christmas time but we have been sold out since the end of November! We have no homes available!”

With Florida Spirit managing over 100 vacation homes and taking care of guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week it can be easy to get caught up in the daily hustle. With the clear indication of increase with bookings during November, through December and well into the springtime months, Florida Spirit still strives for excellence during each of their guests’ stay.

On the operations side of Florida Spirit, they have seen and felt the brunt of the busy holiday season first hand. Making sure the vacation homes are clean and ready for guests takes a lot of work.

“This month has been so busy! Prepping the homes for back to back bookings has kept our staff on their toes,” says Nicole, Manager of Florida Spirit Operations. “My days have been hectic around here but it’s great because it keeps us busy.”

High season for our Florida Spirit Vacation Homes is always a good thing for business and we enjoy being able to help guests enjoy their stay here in sunny Florida!
