The State of Florida can operate at full capacity. Florida Spirit will continue to place cleaning standards as our number one priority and will continue our two-step cleaning measures for every guest arrival (Learn more about this measure under Best Practices below). We will also be continuing our Risk-Free Cancellation Policy. This means we are providing full refunds for flare-ups related to COVID-19 that cause the State of Florida to shut down or suspend vacation rentals. CLICK HERE to learn more about our policies.
BEST PRACTICES:
Licensed and professional cleaners go into the property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance.
