Pet Friendly

Our pet-friendly vacation homes provide a lot of space for everyone to run around and play. The surrounding residential communities also have park playgrounds and walking areas with minimal car traffic. All pet-friendly vacation rentals have screened in private swimming pools for the family and pets to enjoy together. 
Most of our pet-friendly vacation rentals have safety fences around the pools, to protect both kids and dogs from the water when they are unsupervised. If a pet-friendly stay is important to you, Florida Spirit is happy to make sure your special accommodations are met!

Please Note Our Pet-Friendly Vacation Rental Policy:  

• Pet-friendly rentals allow a 2 dog maximum
• Non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added for additional carpet and upholstery cleaning  
• Refundable $250 security deposit will replace the $45 damage waiver on all reservations with a dog 
• Pets may only go to the bathroom on the lawn; all waste must be bagged and disposed of in the trash 
• Pets are not permitted in all Florida Spirit homes; reservations with a pet must only be made in a designated pet friendly rental
• Violation of any of the above policies will forfeit the $250 security deposit and may result in additional charges and/or eviction
