Your vacation awaits, when you book Geneve Paradise.This townhome is gorgeous and modernly furnished. The home is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to have their own space.

MAIN LEVEL:

Bedroom One: Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, window view and private standup shower and sink with toilet.
Living room with flat screen TV and seating, open kitchen layout with an island that seats 4. The dining area looks out into the pool area and comfortably seats 6.

SECOND LEVEL:

There is an upstairs living room when the family can lounge and enjoy time together. There is enough seating for everyone and has a big flat screen TV.

Bedroom Two: Large, king-sized bed with flat screen TV and private ensuite that has a sink, toilet and stand up shower. This room and bathroom is considered to be the largest in the entire home, square footage wise.

Bedroom Three: A kid's room that is Monster University themed. There are bunk beds in this room, the bottom is a full sized bed and the top is a twin sized bed.

Bedroom Four: A kid's room that has one full and one twin bed with a Transformers theme.

Bedroom Five: Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, window view and ensuite private standup shower and sink with toilet.

When staying in this house, you have access to al the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Lovely townhouse close to Disney

We had a great stay at this townhouse. The home was nice, there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, the kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood is quiet and close to Disney.

Pleasant stay, good Disney access

Geneve Paradise is a very nice condo. There’s lots of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the small pool, although the water was too cold for the adults. The resort amenities were great, with a huge pool with kids’ area, a playground, soccer field, craft area, and arcade, all within walking distance from the condo. Access to Disney parks was convenient, and never took us longer than 35 minutes even when traffic was heavy. Property management was very responsive to all of my questions.

Check in was easy, the townhome was beautiful, clean and very spacious! Close to Disney, only about 20 minute drive and close to restaurants, Publix, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, great location. We had some issues with the guests next door using our parking space, called the company and they said they had nothing to do with that and we needed to talk to the guests ourselves. They ended up leaving the property the next day. AC stopped working, but company was very responsive. Floor had sticky stuff under couch which brought ants, took a day for company to clean and disinfect. Utensils were not washed well, company said that have nothing to do with that. The house had all the things we needed. Overall, we had an awesome time. This is the third time renting with them, and they have always been responsive. Would keep recommending.

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and a great space for our family. The house was well-maintained and well equipped with enough cooking supplies. We do have 2 complaints about the actual house. #1 The internet(Wifi) never worked, even after 2 technicians came and supposedly fixed the problem. The Wifi router was exchanged and after the technician left, the Wifi failed to work. This made it extremely difficult to get in touch with others for necessary communications. #2 The pool was extremely hot and not at all comfortable for the time of year (weather was in the mid 80s). It would had been great if we could had controlled the pool temperature. The property management were very helpful and professional when we contacted them.
