Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Florida Spirit is not responsible for any violations of the parking ordinance. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.

GOLDEN LAKE is a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.

MAIN LEVEL:
--Large family-style living room with TV
--Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8
--Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a private ensuite and flat-screen TV.
--Bedroom Two: This room has a King bed with a private ensuite and flat0screen TV.

This gorgeous 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home in located in the brand new, luxury community of Storey Lake. The community was already exploding in rentals long before the Clubhouse, as vacationers flocked to this amazing community, because of its key location. Disney is a mere 8 minutes away, Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes, the Premium Outlets in Lake Buena Vista is a quick 10 minutes, and you're only 5 minutes away from a 24-Hour Wal Mart SuperCenter, 'The Loop' Shopping Plaza, and many more restaurants, and shopping options. This gorgeous estate comes fully professionally furnished and decorated, with a lake view in the back.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Just got back from our 2wks stay at golden lake, what can I say, well first of all, the villa was amazing so modern and large. We are a family of 12 so room to spare. The location was perfect so close to all amenities and parks. The on site club house is even better than the photos with lazy river. The staff so friendly and helpful. U would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone. (Can't wait for next time)

Best vacation house

House was as advertised and looked even better in person. Nobody wanted to leave when the vacation was over. Each bedroom is so beautiful and equipped with roku tvs. You literally have everything you need with this house.

Aside from the construction across the street and some issues with the wifi (neighborhood issues), this was the best vacation we've been on. Great location not too far from disney and shopping! Will be back!

Family Spring Break

I enjoyed that the house could fit our family for a wonderful spring break get together. I was thankful that necessary provisions were provided so we weren't rushed to get everything. I was also very happy with how accommodating the property management company was when we were impacted by cancelled flights! Very happy about the screen blocking the smaller kids from falling in!
