GOLDEN SUNRISE is a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.

This gorgeous 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home in located in the brand new, luxury community of Storey Lake. The community was already exploding in rentals long before the Clubhouse, as vacationers flocked to this amazing community, because of its key location. Disney is a mere 8 minutes away, Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes, the Premium Outlets in Lake Buena Vista is a quick 10 minutes, and you're only 5 minutes away from a 24-Hour Wal Mart SuperCenter, 'The Loop' Shopping Plaza, and many more restaurants, and shopping options. This gorgeous estate comes fully professionally furnished and decorated, with a lake view in the back.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

***(FREE POOL HEAT is offered for your stay during the WINTER MONTHS of November 1-April 30)

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT (2) VEHICLES MAXIMUM ARE ABLE TO PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY AT THIS HOME. Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Florida Spirit is not responsible for any violations of the parking ordinance. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.

The overall stay way was nice but... The coffeemaker leaked, there was a broken spindles on the staircase, the temperature was not adjustable and there was not enough towels/washcloths. There is usually backup tissues, garbage bags, etc. but nothing. We brought our own and as I said, overall a good experience; the beds as we all discovered were extremely comfortable. Me and my friends were satisfied and we may be back again next year!

This house is absolutely amazing! We had 16 members of my family staying in this house and we had more than enough space. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is about 15 mins from Disney World and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. We will definitely stay here again!!

My Rental Experience was good. Florida Spirit worked very well with my rental and payments. My only problem, Hot Sonia in pool did not work until my last two day, but management did fix it.
