Henley Palms is a spectacular 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home situated in The West haven gated community in Champions Gate - a peaceful and relaxing gated community just 7 miles from Walt Disney World!

Henley Palms offers luxury and space, with it's fully air-conditioned, tasteful interior.

The property offers many amenities to help you enjoy your holiday in Florida including:
* Pool overlooking a conservation area for extra poolside privacy

* Upstairs area with large pool table
* Large bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Wonderful stay with family

We loved and enjoyed the house so much! It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids and the adults loved the pool. The house is big and nice and has a lot of fun activities to do in the garage. The pool table was also a success with our family. We would definitely go again.

Spacious Clean House

Great experience. Overall, I was very happy with everything with the rental home. The property description was accurate. The home was very clean. The house has a spacious layout with two living rooms and a garage game room. The pool was clean and even had staff come by to clean the pool during our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Orlando area. We stayed at the house while visiting WDW.

We came down as part of a large group and everyone stayed in the same complex. The service from the folks at Florida Spirit Vacation Homes was wonderful and the homes were all we had been told that they would be. Good location that made our drives to the area activities easy.

Our vacation rental at The Henley was amazing. From the pools to set up of the bedrooms. There was nothing we didn’t like about the house. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to cook. Everyone who accompanied me on the vacation had nothing but positivity flowing for this amazing vacation home.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Henley Palms .The villa is incredible, it's beautifully decorated, well equipped and absolutely huge!! The location was excellent and we loved jumping in the pool after a long day at the parks. I'd strongly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando, we'll definitely be staying there next time we go. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here in this very clean and nicely furnished house. When we arrived the house was very clean and clear to see the owners take pride in this villa.The kids loved the pool and we made good use of it every day, we had the pool heating on and this really helped as we could just walk straight into the pool. The house is well located with a publix just round the corner with many other stores as well. Disney also just a 15 minute drive from the villa. Another bonus is it is located just a 5 minute drive from the new championsgate village golf course that I made good use of. Whole family really enjoyed the 3 weeks we stayed here and I'm sure we will be visiting this villa again

We've just spent 12 nights in Henley Palms and have all had a fantastic time. A family group of seven, aged from 10 to 60+ and all suited admirably by this beautiful house. The children were over the moon with their rooms, and as it was my birthday celebration and our treat, we got the gorgeous master bedroom. The children also enjoyed the entertainment provided in the garage, and the "big kids" got quite a kick out of the pool table upstairs on the huge landing. In fact, to watch any tv, anyone had to go downstairs or into their room to get away from the rattling of pool balls ! Talking of pool. The SWIMMING pool was blissful for our time at the villa. Unfortunately the heater ran into a problem, but this was sorted by the management company and the owner, John, was easy to get in touch with too. So except for a few days, the pool got lots of use. The location of the house is great. About 20 minutes from the main attractions and giving a feeling of safety with the electronic gate system. Everything about the house was beautifully kept and clean and plenty of crockery etc. The washer and dryer are very efficient and got quite a bit of use too. All in all, a fantastic time was had by all. In fact the children would like to move in permanently! Many thanks to John and to the management company. Five stars all round.

We returned this week from holidaying in your stunning villa. It looked amazing in photos but when we walked through the doors we were blown away by the splendour of it. have to say it is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in in florida. Its going to be very hard to stay anywhere else in future. We had an amazing holiday. Such a pleasure to come back to villa after busy day at parks. Many thanks for allowing us to stay.

A truly magnificent holiday of a lifetime! The house exceeded all of our expectations, fully equipped with all necessities. The children enjoyed the pool everyday before breakfast and supper. A perfect location to all of the parks, we are already planning another holiday here and will certainly return to your house.

We had an amazing stay! The house is incredible with plenty of space! We loved the pool, the game room, the walk in shower and jacuzzi tub the best! The house had great living space and when we come back to go to Disney we will defiantly be staying here again! Very close to the parks and great all around! We couldn't have picked a more perfect house! Very clean and modern!

I just wanted you to know how much we loved your service ! We used this for the first time this year, booked the Henley in West Haven. It was a wonderful home and Florida Spirit was everything and more we had hoped for. Our original property we booked was sold. When we found this out we panicked only to find an email from you advising us not to worry because you had already booked us at another property. I will recommend your site to anyone and everyone and we hope to use your site once again when we travel back to Orlando for our 2016 family vacation !
