This townhome property in Solara is gorgeous, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms as well as a private splash pool. All of the rooms in this house has flat-screen TVs. You will enjoy this property, as it provides a very warm and inviting feel for all who stay here. There is a master bedroom suite on the first level and the rest of the bedrooms are up stairs.

As you walk into the property you will find the master suite to the right. This room has a large King-sized bed with a large open window view to the outside. This room has its own TV for your viewing pleasure. This master bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom that houses a vanity with sink, stand up shower and toilet.

On the main level you will also find a half pool bath that has access to the pool area. The open kitchen is gorgeous with stainless steel appliances, and a big island with seating. There is also a dining room area where nice, quiet dinners can be served and enjoyed. The living room has comfy couches and a flat screen TV, with a view of the outside pool area.

The pool area is very relaxing. It has a splash pool that the kids can enjoy, and a small outdoor dining area.

When you go upstairs you will find the second living room and the other four bedrooms. The first room to your right is a bedroom that has a queen bed and a bathroom ensuite. This room also has a reading area for all of our guests to sit and enjoy. The next bedroom next to it is a bedroom that has two twin beds. The room has a Star Wars theme and is decorated for all the kids to enjoy.

Across the living room toward the other side of the house you will find another master suite. The upstairs master suite has a king-bed with a private bathroom ensuite. The last remaining fifth bedroom has two twin beds in it and has a superhero theme to it.

Lake Palm will make you wish you lived in Solara all year round. Disney is a very close driving distance away from the property and the area is beginning to grow with new shops and restaurants opening! If you stay at this property you have access to the following amenities:

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Awesome stay

Awesome time but needs a few things. Front door needs a shade or drape for privacy. The sliding glass door needs shades or drapes for privacy. Anyone walking in the back on the homes can see straight in. The windows in master bedroom need drapes to block out the street lights outside the home. Ac broke 1 day, after 2 calls it was fixed by repairman at 130am. In the Florida heat, ac is a must. Overall it was amazing and would def. stay again

This house was amazing. My family and I definitely enjoyed it, it definitely felt like a home away from home. The comfort is in comparable. It just was was a great experience overall. It had plenty on room for us all. The resort center is very close to the house. My family and I definitely enjoyed the resort. My family and I definitely want to go back there. Again, this was AMAZING!

This home was nothing less than perfect. It was very spacious and nice.Rooms were clean and modern designed.There was one minor issue with the washing machine that was fixed before we left so we were all able to wash before checkout.I would definitely stay here again!

Myself, husband, young children and family stayed their comfortably while going to Disney World. The townhome was clean and had everything we need. The resort is beautiful with many amenities and a great pool.

Large, roomy and new

The house is very large and in great shape being so new, the community is still being built so a lot of construction activity during the day but we were not there most of the time went for the Disney Parks. Now for the few negatives, no shade/blinds on door in downstairs bathroom giving neighbors clear line sight into the room. Also no blinds on the window in the master shower so again can see the window of our neighbors house clearly while showering. Kitchen could use a few items like cutting boards and a pasta strainer but other than those few things we really enjoyed the stay and would defiantly return in the future.

This was a great location as it was 90 minutes from the ocean and the gulf and we could visit friends in the area. Kids like the pool and the older kids liked the teen room.
