Lelani Orista is one of our newest properties, located just minutes the "most magical place on Earth," Walt Disney World Resort! Located at Windsor Island Resort, this home is sure to be a new favorite for your vacation getaway!

The open, luxurious floor plan of this home creates a relaxing environment that is sure to delight during your stay. On the lower level, the entryway introduces you to the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area. Early morning breakfast and family dinners are no problem with vast amounts of seating at the breakfast bar area and the dining room table. Just around the corner, discover a beautiful Queen bedroom that is truly decorated for royalty.

Upstairs, you are welcomed by a shuffleboard table and foosball table to showcase your competitive side with the family. All remaining bedrooms in the home are located on the upper level of the home, decorated to showcase Disney character favorites! From classic decorations to whimsical colors and characters, the bedrooms are the cherry on top of this beautiful new home.

In the back, indulge in your own private pool and spa with a screened lanai. Add in some Florida sunshine and we can bet you will never want to leave this stunning new home!

The Aloha Clubhouse is now open! See below for operating hours:

*The Children's Interactive Water Playground with Cabanas and the Rumbrella Tiki Bar are not yet open at this time, as they are still completing construction on these areas.*

WINDSOR ISLAND NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking. 

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Great Time Had With Family

House was amazing and everything was as they said it would be. Location is awesome and resort pool area was incredible. My family loved it. Will always stay here!

Quiet and Wonderful

This rental is in a new complex so it wasn't as crowded as the Champions Gare oe the Windsor at Westside. That's a good thing. we had plenty of privacy. However, I think this rental's location would provide more separation even when the complex is fully housed. The rental was clean and had plenty of linens, dishes utensils and cookware. It would have been nice if the owner's opened their suite to rentees. It's their option, but it would add to its marketability. It's location is excellent. It's about 5 minutes from Publix, CVS and Highlands Reserve GC.
