True to its name, Lily Garden is a tranquil property nestled within a private resort community. This is truly a pleasantly inviting home with a cozy gathering room and open designed kitchen. If the South-facing pool doesn't keep the family entertained, having a tournament in the game room certainly will.
With 5 bedrooms, 2 en suite & 4 bathrooms, each family member will be able to have their personal space. The kids will love the Princess & Harry Potter themed bedrooms both with twin beds. Also on the second level is the additional en suite bedroom with twin beds located right along side the master en suite with a king sized bed & walk-in closet. The final bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as entrance to the connecting bathroom on the first level. Whether you are looking for a little peace & quiet or non-stop fun, Lily Garden definitely has something for everyone.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking. 

*No street parking is allowed within the Windsor at Westside Community. Additional parking can be found in the clubhouse parking lot.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

The property was just as it appeared in the pictures and actually met or exceeded our expectations. We loved the layout and space the home provided for 6 people. The property was convenient to Disney World but took a little time for travel to Universal.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had an awesome time, loved the pool and how clean it was. Walmart and restaurants only 10 minutes away. Disney and Theme Parks were about 25 minutes away. I didn’t have to contact management for anything and would definitely recommend this home especially if your traveling with kids.
