WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking. 

*No street parking is allowed within the Windsor at Westside Community. Additional parking can be found in the clubhouse parking lot.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

At Lima Villa, you will have a unique experience to share with your guests during your time in Florida. You will always have something to do directly from the comfort of your vacation home.

Downstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and a queen bedroom to utilize on this main level. The upstairs loft features an in home theater to immerse you in any show or movie. An air hockey table is also included for entertainment. Around the loft are an additional six bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. You will see the bedroom 3 right next to stairs, it has one King bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting Star Wars themed bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 with Frozen themed. Bedroom 6 has one Queen size bed. Bedroom 7 has Rocket themed. Bedroom 8, is a ensuite bedroom with King size bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.
