COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Charming four bedroom, three bathroom vacation home, Pluto's Palace located within Highgate Park at Legacy Park. This community is a prestigious gated community set among rolling hills and an abundance of orange groves. The community offers guests access to tennis courts and an outdoor playground for children. HighGate Park is conveniently situated off of Hwy 27, and is just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. The community is only 2 miles from Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery needs, and several restaurants for your enjoyment.The proximity to local golf courses, beaches, shopping, Orlando theme parks and major highways makes HighGate Park the perfect place for families vacationing in Central Florida!

The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third and fourth bedrooms feature twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. Game Room with Pool Table. Complimentary Wireless Internet provided in the home!

Grill provided at home. Guest is responsible for cleaning and propane tank.

We had a fabulous stay in the Rental Home - Everything was as described.While the pool was beautiful - The heat was not effective or turned on as the water was too cold to use the facility. The directions for the spa were unclear on its operation so we abstained. Other than the pool/spa issues - we had a wonderful vacation

Our family have a wonderful stay at this house...this house was exceptional we enjoyed ourselves we were so sad when it came time to leave...we would surely come and stay in one of Florida Spirit Vacation Homes was an awesome experience..one of the best vacation stays I've had...thank u
