Rainbow Garden is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs between Kitchen and swimming pool. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Room 2 has one King bed and ensuite. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. The Minnie theme room has two twin beds. The Marvel theme bedrooms has two single beds.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking. 

*No street parking is allowed within the Windsor at Westside Community. Additional parking can be found in the clubhouse parking lot.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Rainbow Garden is the perfect vacation rental. The house is just what you see in the pictures. It was clean, big enough for 8 people and had everything we needed. Plenty of bathroom towels, utensils, dishes & TVs. The resort was nice but we loved having the private pool at the house. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and the parks. The management company is top notch. Their communication and follow up was amazing. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

The perfect vacation

I loved the experience, the house is really beautiful, ita was clean and organized. Ligia was a perfect host, I could ask her many questions and she was always ready to answer. I will recommend the company and Ligia for sure. Thanks a lot for the nice stay.

Great vacation rental property management company

Property management company was very responsive to questions and concerns. They were very helpful with booking process, general inquiries, and responses to concerns upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this property management company to friends and family. The home was beautiful and true to pictures (note they are using wide angle lens for photos). Location of property was in rear, non-congested area of the resort which was too far to walk to resort amenities, but more private from thru traffic and quiet. Gate pass never worked properly, but there is guard on duty 24hrs to call for access. House was clean and within reasonable driving distance to theme parks and stores. Home was stocked with everything we needed. We are definitely looking forward to returning to this property again.

Great Home

We have rented homes in the Orlando area nearly every year for the past 20 years and this is the first house we said we must come back too! Great location, house was super clean and served all our needs! I highly recommend this home to all!
