SAWYER PALM PALACE will provide the perfect vacation experience for you with all it has to offer! On the main level you walk in to your open kitchen that has a large island that seats 4. There is also the dining room that is gorgeously decorated with a dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably. The beautiful living room has comfy couches, with a flat screen TV and pool view.

Bedroom One: King bedroom with master bathroom ensuite

Bedroom Two: One twin bed and one full bed

Stand alone bathroom that has pool access door.

On the pool deck, you can lounge in the Florida sun with loungers and a table with additional seating.

Located upstairs, you will find the loft provides style and comfort with natural lighting surrounding the room. Around the loft are an additional four bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. There is also the upstairs living room and a pool table.

Bedroom Three: One twin bed and one full bed

Bedroom Four: Two twin beds, with a pink unicorn theme.

Bedroom Five: One queen bedroom with teal colored wall.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

The house was perfect for 6 golfers. Everyone had their own room and we were all very comfortable when together whether by the pool or in the spacious living area.

The house was everything we could imagine and the house looks exactly like the pictures. When entering the home I was amazed at how much bigger it looks in person..this home looks even better in person. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay at Sawyer palm place! From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were overjoyed to see this amazing place. It looks even better than on the pictures. The villa is massive, with quality furniture all around the house. We found all the essentials such as bath towels, kitchen utensils... Overall a great stay,! I will definitely book this villa again for my next holiday to Orlando!

Amazing Vacation Home

Me and my family booked this home in December 2018 through Florida Spirit Vacation Homes because of the very big opening in the living room. The sunlight coming through the upper windows makes the home very bright. The home was very clean as if it was brand new. Florida Spirit handled all of our minor concerns very promptly. The pool area was very awesome. We didn’t want to leave the home when it was time to checkout. I hope the home stays this way so that we can book it again in the future. We stayed 7 nights in this lovely home March 16-23, 2019. Thanks Florida Spirit for a lovely vacation!!! I would recommend this home and vacation rental company to anyone who wants a lot of space in a awesome home.
