This stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome, located in the Solterra Resort Community, is sure to delight every guest from the moment you step inside!

When you first enter this townhome, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room area, with seating for the entire family to come together. The kitchen features an island with additional seating for four. The open floor plan is perfect for cooking breakfast in the kitchen while the family relaxes in the living room. From the living room, you can enter the pool deck through a sliding glass door where there are sun loungers to catch some rays and a table to eat outside, if you choose! You also have access to enjoying the heated pool, included from November 1 - April 30 as part of our complimentary pool heat months! In the pool area, you will also find the pool half bathroom.

On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom, with a spacious bathroom available just around the corner!

Upstairs, you'll be greeted with additional seating in the loft with a TV your entertainment. Located just off of the loft area is the incredible master ensuite bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and double sinks in the bathroom to ensure you have plenty of space to get ready for those long theme park days. The remaining three bedrooms are also featured on the second level. One bedroom featuring bunk beds and another bedroom themed with Mickey Mouse and his friends, the kids are sure to love every moment in this home! The final upstairs bedroom is a spacious room with a queen-sized bed, perfect for any member of the family to relax into after a long day.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Serendipity is delightful!

We were so excited as a family to be vacationing in Orlando! We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. It was spotless clean & well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed a perfect week filled with lots of adventures & Serendipity @ Solterra was the ideal location with easy access to all the theme parks. The clubhouse offered a fabulous waterslide, lazy River & a pool for the days we chose to relax at “home.” We definitely would consider returning in the future. I highly recommend Florida Spirit Vacation Rentals... they are professional / well organized & have an open communication while prepping for our trip. Check in and check out were a breeze!
