COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

SUN RIDGE VILLA is the perfect home for you and your family to enjoy together. The house is a two-story home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. When you walk into this property you instantly can see how spacious the house is. The first bedroom you will find is on the right and it has a big, King-sized bed in it with a flat screen TV. This master suite has the best bathroom in the entire house. It has a monstrous, walk in shower with a large vanity that has dual sinks. The toilet is situated in the corner by the linen closet.

Continuing into the rest of the house on the main level you will find the beautiful kitchen that is open and houses a lovely island with seating for four. The island is perfect for cooking and entertaining you guests at the same time. The dining area overlooks into the patio and pool area where you can watch the kids swimming. The living room to the right has a modern couch set that is brand new and super comfy. The flat screen is accessible if your family wants to watch something on TV. There is also a pool bath on the main level that has access through a pool door, making it very easy for quick access.

The pool patio has a large area where there is outside dining for 6. The property has a pool and spa as well.

As you go up onto the second level you will find an additional living room space as well as all of the other four bedrooms. To the right of the stairs you find the second master suite. The second master suite on the second level has a king sized bed, and a private bathroom ensuite. There are also two bedrooms upstairs, each that have two twin beds in each.

The experience at the beautiful clean, peaceful, great location home was AWESOME! We enjoyed ourselves in the pool, walking in the neighborhood. The tiki bar was a added treat! We'll definitely stay again!

Amazing solara

Just back from 2 weeks in this amazing resort, so conveniently located to the 192 and 27 shops restaurants etc.. from the moment we step foot in the resort you get a real 5 star feel, the house is huge with everything you could need, very clean and spacious, the resort itself is by far the best we have stayed in Orlando. The clubhouse facilities are fantastic with heated pool, flowrider, kids pool, bar, games room. The staff at the resort definitely hep make this the best place to stay in Orlando. Needless to say we have found our go to place in Orlando and thank you so much Florida spirit vacation for having our pool heated in under 60 minutes. Top service

Very beautiful house, mins away from the Park. Close to restaurants, pharmacies & more attractions. We're a company for Mentally challenged individuals and we found this house very accessible to our needs. We would definitely come again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Disney Vacation

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was amazing! The house is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well kept and on a beautiful property. The Solara resort was only about 20mins from Disney World and 30 from Universal. It's also close to many restaurants, shops and convenience stores/pharmacies. We thoroughly enjoyed having the privacy of our own pool and jacuzzi, but also loved the resort pool on weekdays since it was practically empty. The host was very friendly and answered our questions in a timely manner. We absolutely loved staying there and look forward to booking again in the future! I highly recommend this beautiful home! My only suggestions to the owner would be to have better lighting for the bedrooms (with ceiling fans! Even with the AC, fans are imperative in humidity), since at night the lamps are very dim, and also the pool was way too hot so a temperature control system would be perfect (although I understand those systems are pricey). Thank you again for letting us stay with you, we truly loved your home and were so sad to leave!

The home was stunning just like the photos everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and area is great lots of space and large pool also you can see the Disney fireworks from the pool!! The complex is beautiful and clean with lots to do and security are always patrolling you feel very safe. I can't say enough good things about this rental and complex and also the management company who made everything so easy I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Wonderful Spring Break!

The home is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool & spa, and game room in the garage. The downstairs master bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house, and there’s no ceiling fan. The resort is very nice (but the wave insulator is very expensive). We’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

We truly enjoyed our 8-day stay at this property. Having used Florida Spirit Vacation Homes for the past 5 years we were not dissapointed. The kids loved the water park at the club house and everyone enjoyed the private pool. The home was very spacious and everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. There was a little lack of privacy at the pool area, but that is the result of this being a new residence where the shrubbery between the pool enclosures hasn't grown much. It would also be nice to have ceiling lighting on the lanai (only one wall sconce). There was a nice game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey that we enjoyed when it was raining. Overall this was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

We cannot rate Sun Ridge Villa highly enough. The villa was so clean and well presented. Each of the 5 bedrooms are beautifully done and a great size. There is an excellent games room and the open plan living space is enormous! The furniture and interior is gorgeous too! The downstairs bedroom en-suite shower is ginormous! All the beds were really comfortable and towels and bed linens were provided. The villa is located on a new gated resort called Solara and this is beautiful fully maintained and also offers great facilities including family pools, cabanas, a shop and lovely club house. Brilliant pool and spa and you can even see the Disney fireworks from the pool! The villa is located just off the 192 so literally minutes from a good selection of eating places and shops. It was also only 6 miles from Disney parks! The staff at Florida spirit vacation homes were fantastic right from booking and I cannot recommend them or this villa enough! Thank you for making our family holiday perfect.
