Description

Tynlee is a beautiful vacation home located in sought-after Hampton Lakes community. This lovely home features two master bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. Both master bathrooms have separate tub and shower, and one of them features a garden-style tub.

There's an oversized pool and covered lanai for swimming or relaxing out of the sun, and patio furniture for sitting and lounging.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

My 2019 family vacation

House was beautiful clean comfortable it was close to everything. Had a few issues but we called and they were taken care immediately.the ladies in the office were very helpful and polite.We will be coming back..♥️♥️

Very clean, organized , pool was awesome only complaint was from neighbor who was rude when we used pool at 1pm told our family to go back where we came from but other than that this place is awesome !!!

We were very happy with this property. The location was great. The pool area was perfect. The owners left lots of valuable information. The house was spotless except for the carpets. We would recommend this home.

Great house, Clean, Air worked great even with auto temp rise overnight(what can you do). Well set up house and close to everything you want to do. I like a softer bed but to each is own. Overall I would recommend someone to stay there.

The house was lovely, everthing we needed to have a great vacation, for 7 seniors. Had trouble with the icemaker, but was quickly resolved by excellent Florida Spirit team.

My vacation home was breathtaking... the home was just as the picture shows. In my opinion better in person. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends. I felt at home the kids love the pool

The home was lovely! Everything was cleaned, well maintained. The pool included pool heat which was a huge plus. I would recommend for a quiet stay away. The only down fall was that the neighbors were bothered by our music at 2pm and called the cops twice. After the second time the cops had to have a talk with them as they noticed we were not being a bother at all. So if you are looking for a place where you can enjoy your music outside this would not be it. But if you are looking for somewhere close to the parks, that’s comfortable and quiet this is the place.

Nice and Clean House!

My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful 4-bedroom house! I must say the property description and photos were accurate and I was very impressed when I arrived. The house appears to be well-maintained and was very clean including the pool and patio areas. The kitchen was spotless and furnished with every dish and utensils that we needed. I especially liked that most areas and items were labeled or have some sort of description or instructions i.e. the cupboards, light switches, etc. I had no issues whatsoever and would 100% choose this house as my vacation rental again. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone

Vacation Success

The success and enjoyment of our vacation began approximately ten months ago with the search for the perfect spot. On line communication about Tynlee and how to book made process easy as well as building confidence in our choice. The home was a replica of what we signed up for. Carpets were cleaned prior to our stay which was very important to us. The house was very clean, kitchen well supplied with every dish and utensil required. The labeling of items in cupboards show the attentiveness of owners. Emergency numbers were provided and very visible. The pool area was like a bit of heaven.Lots of seating, very clean and maintained. An easy walk to play ground as posted. Home was very comfy..the perfect place to build memories. We would have enjoyed a coffee shop in walking distance but know that with all the building going on near Hampton Lakes there will be one next year. We thank the owners and Florida Spirit group for ensuring our stay and vacation rental was everything they promised.

Loved the house. Beautiful 4 bedroom one level with laundry... Pool was nice, patios too! Had issue with garage door but Florida Spirit was quick to help!! Would recommend to all!
