Camellia Villa is just a short drive away from the biggest and top tourist attractions in Central Florida. From Walt Disney World to exclusive Resort Access, this is the dream vacation home you've been dreaming about!
The open floor plan is welcoming after a long day of travel, you can immediately unwind and settle in the moment you step through the door. The modern kitchen is fully stocked to entertain and cook for your family or friends. Just a few steps away is the living room set up with the perfect seating for conversation or for a watching a movie in the utmost comfort. On the lower level there is a King master ensuite leading to the pool deck for you to privately walk through.
On the second level, you will be greeted with an over-sized loft providing another layer of comfort for everyone to enjoy themselves. The remaining bedrooms are just a few steps away. You will have access to another king bedroom ensuite, two queen bedrooms, two Twin beds featuring a star wars theme only fit for the top Jedi masters and a Frozen themed room with one double bed and one twin ready to build a snowman in.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Disney Getaway

Our vacation was amazing and having a house/home to come back to to unwind from the parks was housed all 11 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool. Having laundry and a games room was a great plus as well. Overall I would recommend this rental and area. Close to other amenities like Walmart and Target

Just home from a 10 night stay!

Overall, Camellis Villa was a beautiful location. Upon arriving, we found the house to be very clean overall. The modern appliances and decor was beautiful. The only complaints I had about this property were mainly for the outside piece. 1) there were no lounge beds as had previously been photographed. 2) There were only 5 chairs around the outside table, not the 6 pictured and 3/5 didn't hsve cushions on the upper part of the chair. The only other complaint, I thought this was a gated community needing a code to enter or having someone on the gate, anyone can drive to the gate and it will enter upon motion.
However, the overall house is beautiful, was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of bathrooms, and comfortable beds and the loft area upstairs was where my kids hung out when they weren't swimming in the pool.

Family Vacation!

The rental was very spacious, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day, and having the pool heated for no extra cost was great!! We also enjoyed the game room! The location to parks, groceries and restaurants was good. The rental definitely could have been cleaner and there were a couple broken cups. One of the queen beds was sagging in the center and very uncomfortable, no one ended up using the bed because of it. Looked like it didn’t fit on the frame. The pool lounge chairs that are shown in the photos were not there, which we were disappointed about. I would also suggest that there be a note left for guests when the pool cleaner comes and adds chemicals so they are aware. We did have a couple people break out from the chemicals. All of our questions were responded to quickly! Overall we loved our stay and the resort!! We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

Thanksgiving in Florida
Overall house worked out well for 12 people from 3 yrs to 69 yrs.
Bed swere comfortable . clean linens. Kitchen was outfitted with plenty of utensiles and dishes.
Bedrooms wer not laid out as shown on web site. It appeared that each shared bath had a queen and twins but that was not the case. This is what made our choice that way same families would be using the same bath. It didn't work out that way where some were two queens, however we made it work.

A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at Camellia Villa for our Disney trip in December. It was a great time and the property was perfect for our group! Upon arrival we were concerned the pool heat was not working (it was!) and Florida Spirit was very quick to respond and sent someone within minutes to test it for us. Turns out we just weren't running the timer on the hot tub that makes it heat up. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
