As soon as you drive up to your vacation home you will be in awe! With an extended driveway you have the most room for parking and it doesn't stop there. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the dining room and a spacious open floor plan. The laundry room is to the left which leads to the garage featuring your very own game room. This room is perfect for gamers ready to play air hockey, foosball and pool! On this same level of the home, the island kitchen and living room can be found. The master ensuite is next to the living room with it's own door leading to the pool deck. This room includes a king bed and it's own bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower.
On the second level the fun continues with a movie room inspired loft with comfortable seating and a flat screen tv. The remaining bedrooms surround this room. An additional master king bedroom ensuite much like the first has it's own garden tub and walk-in shower. A jack and Jill shared bathroom between the nascar bedroom and twin bedroom lie between each other. A spare bathroom is between the remaining two queen bedrooms.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Great Home

The home was very beautiful and my family had a good time, although you barely get any phone service there we still had a good time. Anytime I called with any questions they answered them immediately and they helped with any problem that came about. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this home to any future families looking for a vacation home.

Awesome vacation!
The house was perfect for us. Sad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area much because we had so much planned already. The house was beautiful, lots of room for the kids to enjoy and relax. There was nothing we needed, everything was neatly provided.

The house was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the previous renters hadn't taken out the garbage, but the maintenance people came right away and cleaned it up.
There is a game room in the garage, but it was very hot and the garage door was padlocked, so we couldn't open it to cool it off so that we could use it.
Two things that weren't clear in the description were that pool heat isn't just for the pool, but also the hot tub and that they wouldn't allow the air conditioner to be turned below 74 degrees.

Not my favorite Florida Spirit Rental, but was nice.

House was good, very adequate space throughout this home! Spacious driveway space. Plenty of cooking area and dishes. Pool area had enough space for our entire family.
I was however very disappointed in the beds. They were so uncomfortable and loud when sleeping. I woke up several times each night due to the loudness of them. As well as extremely uncomfortable.
Pool area did have a huge amount of pine needles that dropped from the tree in and on the pool screen. Large tare in the side wall of screen. The back neighbor has 2 dogs and they clearly do not clean up after them often. Constantly smelt dog poop.
Not your typical Florida Spirit rental by any stretch of the imagination.

Great stay

The house had minor issues as the laundry door couldn’t open and the fridge drawers were loose with broken pieces. But nothing that could bother or harm our stay, just that said so you won’t think it was us. We had an amazing stay and we are planing the next vacation with spirit homes. Thank you for the pleasant home

We Loved our stay. Everything except the next door neighbors on the pool side. They made it very difficult to enjoy being in the pool or relaxing on the pool deck.

Family Vacation
This rental property was conveniently located to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The only issue was the wifi service. We could not consistently make or complete calls while inside the residence. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
We love Cypress Villa and we're so glad to hear you did too, Tanika! Wi-fi can be a bit tricky depending on the area and we do regret any difficulties it caused during your stay. We hope to see you again soon!
