When stepping into Hummingbird Florida Villa, you'll be greeted by the spacious downstairs area which boasts a stunning open-floor plan. Whether you're looking to cook meals with the family or have a movie night together, there's ample seating for everyone's enjoyment. With two sliding glass doors to the pool area, you'll always be just steps away from your own private oasis. With an outdoor seating area for four and a pool fence ensuring the safety of everyone, a perfect poolside day is always right outside. Also located downstairs, you'll find a King bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Heading upstairs, there is a large game room loft with foosball, pool table, sand shuffleboard, and enough space for everyone in your family. Just to the left, you'll find the Master Ensuite, featuring a King bed and garden tub, standing shower, and double sinks. Also featured upstairs is an additional Ensuite with a three twin beds in a Frozen theme, as well as two twin bunk beds in a Star Wars themed room. The fifth bedroom has a king size bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.
