SOUTH FACING PRIVATE POOL. True to its name, Lily Garden is a tranquil property nestled within a private resort community. This is truly a pleasantly inviting home with a cozy gathering room and open designed kitchen. If the South-facing pool doesn't keep the family entertained, having a tournament in the game room certainly will.
With 5 bedrooms, 2 en suite & 4 bathrooms, each family member will be able to have their personal space. The kids will love the Princess & Harry Potter-themed bedrooms both with twin beds. Also on the second level is the additional ensuite bedroom with twin beds located right alongside the master ensuite with a king-sized bed & walk-in closet. The final bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as an entrance to the connecting bathroom on the first level. Whether you are looking for a little peace & quiet or non-stop fun, Lily Garden definitely has something for everyone.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

New Years Vacation
The property was just as it appeared in the pictures and actually met or exceeded our expectations. We loved the layout and space the home provided for 6 people. The property was convenient to Disney World but took a little time for travel to Universal.

Overall my stay was great! We visited for 10 days. Although we’re very familiar w/the location it is about 30-40min away from everything and there’s ALWAYS traffic on I-4 so be prepared. There was no phone service in the house...the wifi works but we were all unable to make/receive calls and when we did get through the connection was bad. Overall..I’d give the house a 3.5 out of 5....I am very picky though so please consider that when reading this review...at the same time, with the amount of money our stay costs us I think I earn the right to be particular.
1. The blinds on the glass sliding door that leads to the pool are broken and continuously fell down during our stay
2. The refrigerator door is broken and doesn’t close all the way. If you’re not careful and intentional about pushing the door all the way closed, it’ll remain open
3. The storage bins on the inside of the refrigerator door are broken
4. The house wasn’t stocked with enough washcloths. There was 6 of us and we had 3 washcloths. I called maintenance the morning of our 2nd day there and left a one ever called back or came. We ended up buying more
5. The beds are uncomfortable
6. There’s no comforter on the downstairs master bed or on the upstairs master bed...there a VERY thin quilt like cover on the bed upstairs and I don’t even know what you’d call what’s in the bed downstairs
7. The walls have very apparent scuff marks, especially going up the stairs
8. The couch needs to be shampooed...it’s stained and this goes for the dining room chairs as well
9. The net on the pool cleaner is broken

Wonderful place to stay!

We had an awesome time, loved the pool and how clean it was. Walmart and restaurants only 10 minutes away. Disney and Theme Parks were about 25 minutes away. I didn’t have to contact management for anything and would definitely recommend this home especially if your traveling with kids.

Great Summer Vacay House
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. We loved the decor style, Especially downstairs. The princess room with twin beds was a big hit with our little girls.
The one big thing that would possibly prevent us from staying again, was how hard the mattresses were in the master bedrooms. A couple of nights my husband and I slept separately on twin beds in the room beside the master, because we couldn't bear sleeping on that hard mattress another night.
If a firm/solid mattress is your thing, then this would be the perfect place for you.
Overall other than the sleeping issues it's a great vacation home!
The one big thing that would possibly prevent us from staying again, was how hard the mattresses were in the master bedrooms. A couple of nights my husband and I slept separately on twin beds in the room beside the master, because we couldn't bear sleeping on that hard mattress another night.
If a firm/solid mattress is your thing, then this would be the perfect place for you.
Overall other than the sleeping issues it's a great vacation home!

Perfect!!!
Beautiful brand new house!!! Super clean, nice size pool, game room in garage, Harry Potter room, lots of room to have your own space to relax 🙂 The area is very nice/safe. Community pool with kiddie pool, lazy river, and basketball/volleyball courts. This house was amazing!
