Luna Villa is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Room 3 has a bunk bed with a Star Wars theme. Room 4 features twin beds with Mickey Mouse theme. Room 5 has a queen bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Great Home for family vacation!

This was the perfect home for a Disney/Universal vacation. Parks were a short drive. Driving to the beach was just an hour away or you could stay in for the day and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Spacious 5 bedroom home with access to resort pool and clubhouse also. Publix close by if you choose to not eat all your meals out.

Entry to the home was a pleasant experience! I’m sensitive to orderly cleanliness and the property met my expectations. The design of the house was modern and well coordinated - number of bedrooms and spacing just right. All essential items and appliances were provided clean and functional - beds were very comfortable. Luna Villa is definite, preferred vacation rental for our family.

Great Vacation with Friends

We had a great time at Luna Villa this past holiday. It was in a very convenient location to the parks and yet quiet enough that we were able to enjoy each other's company. Our kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the spa as well. The only downside we found with the community was check in was confusing and since this portion of the community is not connected to the clubhouse area (guard gate). We often got hung up at the call box with other guests and it was slow to get through. The house overall was clean and still smelled of fresh paint since the neighborhood looked to be fairly new.

Great stay at Luna Villa

Our family had a wonderful month long stay at Luna Villa. House was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. Bedroom on first floor was perfect for grandparents. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool/hot tub were great. Our kids loved riding scooters to the park next to clubhouse. This will be our go-to rental anytime we stay in Florida.
