Nice Getaway is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 has one Queen bed. In Bedroom 4, you will see the Industrial Loft Style room has two single beds. Bedroom 5 & 6, is the Batman & Pink Unicorn theme room.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Great Place to Stayy

We enjoyed our stay, great for family reunions or large family. Only suggestion is if you are thinking of cooking its best you bring your own pots/pans. Onsite they have very limited and stick. Other than this everything else was perfect.

Would stay again

The rental property was amazing. We got upgraded last minute to a larger house which was nice. Upon arrival, we had to call to get the code because the one we had wasn’t input into the key box yet. There was a small hole in the tile floor by the stairs, along with a few holes in the screened area of the pool. The hot tub was very nice, as was the pool. The home was spacious and comfortable. The carpets were a little stained, but to be honest, I wasn’t there for the carpets. I was there to enjoy warm, Florida weather and the theme parks. The neighborhood we stayed in was gorgeous as well. We will definitely be booking again. The convenience of the theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants was amazing!

D2Summit 2022

Overall the property met our needs, clean, well decorated and in a very good location to the Disney properties. More than enough space for our three families. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Great club house and pool area with food and beverages. A few things that should be addressed. First in one of the bedroom the box spring was broken and was very uncomfortable for one of the kids. The second is there is no grill on property so it had to be rented from a local company which actually worked out for us. The third and most annoying concern was the heating of the pool. We asked for the pool to be heated and when we got there the temp was no where near 85 degrees. Sent an email to address this and was told it was on a timer. We’ll the timer comes on at 8am and goes off at 8pm. These are actually the times when we were not there, so the timing really sucked. We would get back in the evening and the water temp was cool. Sent a few more emails and felt like we were getting blown off with the response of “it’s on a timer”. No one ever came out to see us about it or maybe change the time. Also there are no lights in the pool than can be turned on. I tried every light switch but nothing. The neighboring houses heaters were running all the time but not ours. Other than these things mentioned we enjoyed our stay.

A quick family getaway

The house was very nice and in good condition. There was adequate bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. There were two levels with a living room upstairs and downstairs. Nice size hot tub and swimming pool. The master bedroom downstairs has a jacuzzi with shower and toilet. Loved the open foyer with high ceilings. Kitchen was state of the art with refrigerator ice machine. Would definitely like to stay there again. Brian you’re awesome.

Spring break family vacation

My overall experience was great. My only 2 issues were I wish there was more information for checking in. We had to go to the guard gate then go to the main office to get 2 parking passes which I had no idea I needed to do. I really wish there was just a code to get in the gate. My other issue is I never received any call from management or anyone to see if we checked in ok or anything from anyone my whole stay. I checked in on Mar 7th thru the 11th didn't hear from anyone. The home was very nice the walls could've been cleaner a lot of marks and stains like normal wear and tear not a big deal. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to friends if those things are taken care of.

Multi-family Disney World Vacation
