SAWYER PALM PALACE will provide the perfect vacation experience for you with all it has to offer! On the main level you walk into your open kitchen that has a large island that seats 4. There is also the dining room that is gorgeously decorated with a dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably. The beautiful living room has comfy couches, with a flat-screen TV and pool view.

The main level includes Bedroom One: King bedroom with master bathroom ensuite. Bedroom Two: One twin bed and one full bed. Stand alone bathroom that has pool access door. On the pool deck, you can lounge in the Florida sun with loungers and a table with additional seating.

Located upstairs, you will find the loft provides style and comfort with natural lighting surrounding the room. Around the loft are an additional four bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. There is also the upstairs living room and a pool table. Bedroom Three: One twin bed and one full bed. Bedroom Four: Two twin beds, with a pink unicorn theme. Bedroom Five: One queen bedroom with teal-colored walls. Bedroom Six: One king bedroom with ensuite.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Family vacation in Orlando, FL

We were very pleased by the house; it exceeded our expectations. House was very clean, well-kept and comfortable. The location was also great close to shopping center and reasonable driving distance to Disney.

Great house for multi-families!

This home has plenty of space and was perfect for 4 families. We ended up with 8 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough space. We especially loved the Jack n Jill bathroom connecting us to our daughter’s room. The unicorn themed room was a major hit for them! House has a nice layout and the pool was great. Not far from Disney or shopping and the resort pool and clubhouse was very nice! Only negatives were the thermostat and the couches/rug in the main living area. The thermostat could only go down to 74 which made the house feel hot on hot days outside. It felt like air wasn’t moving on the home at times and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. The couches and rug need a deep clean. The home was clean but you could tell there was normal wear and tear on these areas that just needed addressed. A deep clean and a fresh coat of paint would make this home feel brand new again! Despite these couple of things it did not detour us from wanting to come back here again! We loved our stay.

August 2022 Family Stay at Sawyer Palm Palace

We stayed at this beautiful house in The Summer Holidays and we will definitely return. The house looks lovely from the outside and once you enter it’s like a tardis! We were all just bowled over with the size and layout, it couldn’t have been more perfect. I had seen a few previous reviews that mentioned it had marks on the walls and stains on a few bits of furniture, which there was here and there, but anyone expecting a rental property to not have suitcase marks on the staircase or on the wall by the pool table is asking the undeliverable. We couldn’t have been happier and our standards are quite high. The pool was clean and bigger than we expected which was fantastic as we have some grown up children in our party. Air Con is always a must for us and it was a very comfortable temperature throughout the property. The washer and dryer, also a must, were fairly new and in great working order. The Resort itself wasn’t used much as we were out most days but what we saw of it was beautiful especially the pool area and very clean and well kept. It took us about 20-25 minutes to get to Disney so it was a nice easy commute. It’s very much about the wow factor and quality of the property when we are looking to book but booking at a great price is also important. Next time we book Florida we will be staying here for sure. Florida Spirit Vacation were excellent! Anytime I had a question before travel they responded to my email very helpfully within 24hrs and as we are from the UK in a different time zone we were impressed.

Worn down

The Property Management team seemed top notch. I called them to remove what appeared to be Black Mole from the outside furniture and they had someone there to remove, clean and replace by the next Day. Upon arrival the TV in Master Room had note on saying out of order someone would be by to fix. No one came and the sign looked like it had been there some time. The property's furniture is worn needs to be replaced or at least professionally cleaned.

The staff was friendly. Trash pickup was GARBAGE. Trash on the lawn everywhere is not a good look for your property; even after pick up, they would leave little pieces of paper, bottles, and other items lying around, which is not a good look. Nice House for a Large Group

The house has a great layout for large groups. The pool fence does not latch, so a safety hazard. Towels were cheap, thin Motel 6 quality. We bought our own. Bath mats would be nice, the tile is slippery when getting out of the shower. A mat at the door from the pool also. We used towels for mats.

You'll never want to leave!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Fl. with my family. The home was clean with just a handful of reasonable house rules. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean. I paid for the hot tub to be heated and really enjoyed unwinding in it at night. We were close to stores and theme parks. We were also in walking distance of the resort clubhouse. We ended up taking a nice drive to Clearwater beach and had a great time there as well. I did notwant to leave and will definitely be returining soon.

An amazing time.

It was very beautiful and kid friendly, we loved the pool and all the space. The bathrooms and closets were big. Everything was great. There were only 2 very small issues. The pool table was broken on the bottom where balls would fall out and the master bathroom downstairs toilet roller was coming out of the wall. But we had so much fun. We will definitely come back a few more times. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in an amazing place.

Beautiful house! Needs more hospitality!

It was a beautiful and big home that fit everyone!! So much room and generally overall in great condition! Needs more hospitable amenities though like hand soap, more towels, more bedding, basic spices and the hot tub didn’t work properly as well.

Property was beautiful, but...

This property was beautiful. House was well maintained. Pool and hot tub area was our favorite part. The ability to open the sliding doors the full length was a wonderful feature. House was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pans/glasses/cookware/utensils. However, be ready to go shopping for EVERYTHING. The only things you are supplied with is 1 small roll of paper towels, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent, 1 small dish soap, 2 garbage bags and each bathroom has 1 small hand soap bar and 1 roll of TP. Also, they ask that you wash and put away all of the dishes before leaving. We noticed a few dishes were not very clean, which leads me to believe the cleaning crew does not rewash the dishes and sanitize them between guests. Also, the steak knives and some of the other knives are rusting. Light in pool was not working for us, but not a big deal. There is only 1 lounge chair by the pool, I would definitely recommend getting at least 1 more. We made it work, but we were only a family of 4 staying there. With that many bedrooms, having at least 2 chairs would be nice.

The grounds were nice, but we only went to the community pool for about an hour 1 day. Drinks are VERY pricy! Also, you do have to pay for the Flow Rider (we did not only because the kids didn't seem interested, they were happy with our pool).

Our biggest COMPLAINT (and we would have made a bigger deal if we were staying longer) was the LOUD parties at the surrounding properties well past the 11pm ordinance. We had 2 nights of several very disrespectful neighbors that had kept us up. This wasn't your normal families sitting by the pool, talking, laughing, playing some music. These were full on house parties with an amplifier and microphone blasting obscenities. The security on the grounds needs to do a MUCH BETTER JOB in controlling these types of situations. For this reason and this reason alone we will probably not be back to this community.

For our homes, we do provide, as you mentioned, a "travel starter kit" that is made up of the items that you listed above. All other items that you require for your stay are not included and are self-service for your time with us. Unfortunately, the other loungers that were originally at this property were damaged and removed prior to your visit with us for safety reasons. We do regret that the dishes were not very clean and that the area was loud during the evening quiet hours. If noise issues are causing an extreme disturbance during any vacation rental stay, please always feel empowered to call the police to report the issue and it will be handled accordingly. Sawyer Palm Palace is a Wonderful place to stay!

Our stay at Sawyer Palm Palace was fantastic. The home was newer, very clean and large enough to accommodate 3 families and still allow for privacy. The attached pool and hot tub allowed for ease of swimming. The kitchen was large enough for several cooks to work at the same time and the dining table was perfect to accommodate family meals. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this home for your Orlando vacation!

Great villa!

Family fun, not so fun

Wasn't the best Airbnb. Had some problems and had to make numerous calls to get satisfaction. The last thing I wanted to do was spend time on the phone. I had 8 people staying and asked to check in early for a considerable fee. The ice machine in fridge turned off,(takes 24hrs to refill). No fans on lanai and one light that stayed on all night. Tack strip to hold rug down poked through. Some bedrooms to hot and others freezing. Pool smelled and looked dirty. Wouldn't recommend.
Thank you for choosing Florida Spirit. The initial call we received from you was about the ice maker taking a day to make ice. We explained to you that our cleaners dump out the ice once the previous guests depart so we can sanitize it to ensure the ice is clean for the next family. We offered to bring you a bag of ice but you stated that will not be necessary. Our staff also fixed the fans on the lanai in less than 24 hours after you called us. As far as the pool, it is cleaned on a weekly basis and is also brand new. You requested a full refund back for your week stay in a brand new vacation home in a resort community due to the fans not working for a day and the ice machine taking a day to make clean, fresh ice for you. This was a highly unreasonable request considering our many efforts to assist you with considerably minor concerns, that were fixed and addressed, during your stay. We regret our efforts were not enough for you but we truly wish you the best in your future rentals with other management companies.

Amazing Vacation Home

Me and my family booked this home in December 2018 through Florida Spirit Vacation Homes because of the very big opening in the living room. The sunlight coming through the upper windows makes the home very bright. The home was very clean as if it was brand new. Florida Spirit handled all of our minor concerns very promptly. The pool area was very awesome. We didn’t want to leave the home when it was time to checkout. I hope the home stays this way so that we can book it again in the future. We stayed 7 nights in this lovely home March 16-23, 2019. Thanks Florida Spirit for a lovely vacation!!! I would recommend this home and vacation rental company to anyone who wants a lot of space in a awesome home.
