Your vacation awaits, when you book Windsor Sunrise.This townhome is gorgeous and modernly furnished. The home is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to have their own space.
MAIN LEVEL:
Bedroom One: Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, window view and private ensuite with a toilet, standup shower and sink.
Living room with flat screen TV and seating, open kitchen layout with an island that seats 4. The dining area looks out into the pool area and comfortably seats 6.
SECOND LEVEL:
There is an upstairs living room when the family can lounge and enjoy time together. There is enough seating for everyone and has a big flat screen TV.
Bedroom Two: Large, king-sized bed with flat screen TV and private ensuite that has a sink, toilet and stand up shower. This room and bathroom is considered to be the largest in the entire home, square footage wise.
Bedroom Three: A kid's room with twin beds.
Bedroom Four: Full size bed with smart flat screen TV wall mounted.
Bedroom Five: Queen size bed with private bathroom and flat screen smart TV.
When staying in this house, you have access to al the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.
WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.Â

Birthday/Family Vacation
I want to Thank the owners/renters! This home was clean, the location was great, and the whole renting process was smooth and easy! I would definitely recommend & re-rent if I travel to Orlando again. I just wish there were more Kitchen appliances or tools , such as (pots, pans, serving and utensils). Also more wash cloth, towels, tissue & paper towels. That’s besides the point! It was beautiful, cozy, spacious & comfortable!

I would not return

This was my first time staying in this resort, I usually stay in Champion Gates. I was not happy with this property. There were many broken items in the home, which could have been from the last guest. There were ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Two of the televisions didn’t work, you had to sign into an Amazon account in order to operate the TV. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced. The furniture and carpet was not clean. Not sure why they use white/cream colored fabric barstools and other items in a vacation home. The towels were very thin and hard. This is a nice but it doesn’t seem to be maintained as well as it should. Whoever cleaned the house didn’t do a good job. I never had these issues at Champions Gate, however they didn’t have anymore homes. Never again.

Very nice place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was very clean and spacious - everything was nicely updated and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi and air-conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well stocked, and we especially appreciated having some plastic dinnerware for the kids. Bedroom and bathroom layout worked very well for our group. Communication was great and prompt, and we had no problems at all with check-in or check-out.
We enjoyed the community pool/splash pad and the kids had a lot of fun. There were a lot of people there but it didn't feel overly crowded and we were usually able to find chairs or a table. There were no rafts or inflatable tubes provided for the lazy river so bring your own if you're interested in that!
The main downside for us was that the neighborhood was much louder than other places we've stayed. We could hear music that the neighbors were playing as clear as day inside the house, and we were woken up one night at 4:30am by someone's music and partying.
We enjoyed the community pool/splash pad and the kids had a lot of fun. There were a lot of people there but it didn't feel overly crowded and we were usually able to find chairs or a table. The rental was the perfect size and the right distance to Disney. It was very clean, but starting to show signs of wear and tear (carpet stains, scuffs on paint, etc.). The gated community street parking was quite crowded, and several times it took nearly 15 minutes just to enter through the security gate due to cars being backed up. Assume traffic backups related to Disney closing.
We love to hear that your vacation home was the perfect fit for your stay, Laura! Thank you for your feedback regarding the wear and tear of the home. I will be sure these are passed along to our operations team. For the Windsor at Westside Resort Community, they did just transition to a new gate access system into the area, thus, causing delays for those accessing the community. Nice vacation rental

House was furnished very nicely. Lots of space for our two families. It was close to lots of restaurants. Only about a 15min drive to any of the Disney parks. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for the parks!

We had an excellent stay here! Property was very nice, pool clean and heated, and the house in excellent condition.
There is room in the front for two cars and the parks are just a short car trip away 🙂
The area in general is still under construction, but I believe that it is "phase 2" as we hardly noticed anything other than when driving out of the gated community.
Club house with bar and pool area was nice and a - in my perspective - short walk from the house. The bar serves good pizzas and ok drinks. The club house also has a game room with a couple of arcades set to free play which of course the kids loved.
Would definitely recommend this to everyone, but families with children in particular.

The house was beautiful, the queen size beds were all full size except the one king. The description was for 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full and 2 twins. I was definitely disappointed in that.
The stove needs to be worked on, it didn’t get hot as it should Have been .
The kitchen bowls etc were all small and are not suitable for a house of 9 people.
