Our office is centrally located in ChampionsGate so we are easily accessible for our guests and homeowners.
SECURITY: Helping to Ensure Your Home and Guests are Safe
Florida Spirit encourages that all homes are monitored by electronic alarm systems with code reporting, letting you know every time your home is accessed and departed.
Each guest receives a unique lock box code and Florida Spirit staff inspect your home hours before a guest’s arrival and change the code to control access to the property.
After each guest’s departure, we inspect the home’s condition and change the lock box code again.
We accompany all outside work vendors to our homes when maintenance and repair services are needed.
We also require all vendors to be licensed in Florida, hold a current insurance policy, and have workman’s compensation insurance (or exempt) registration.
Background checks are performed on all Florida Spirit employees prior to hiring.
