Capteeva Villa is located in The Abbey at West Haven, just a few miles from the Magic Kingdom. It is a beautiful five bedroom, five bath vacation home, ideal for your family vacation. The home consists of two master suites with a King & Queen beds, one full size bedroom and two twins in the other two bedrooms. The home also has a TV, VCR, DVD player and a CD player. There are new flat screen TV's in each room and the living room with a sound bar system for your enjoyment.
For outdoor recreation, the home has a pool and a spa.
The ChampionsGate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman is only two miles away. This home in this location offers something for everyone.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

House needs some TLC

The staff person that came to the house I give 109% to they were responsive and wonderful.
The house itself may not be old but needs some TLC, upon entering the house it smells like mouth balls , carpet is stained,broken blinds stuffed in drawers, not enough seating for the 8 people the house can accommodate.
Had one major incident toilet overflowed thru ceiling flooded the downstairs hall. Although quick to respond the repair folks left mud across floors and filthy towels we had to spend our vacation cleaning up.
The pool heat although you pay extra really needs the sun to kick in to make it actually feel warm to swim. Hot Tub is wonderful although in neither pool or hot tub there are any hand rails to help a person even teenager to get in and out . Traffic wise not convenient to Disney parks 21 miles took over 90 minutes to succeeded we left several different times between 7-12 noon , Grocery store and small eateries wonderful .
We would not go back to this house ....

Rental was just as described. Plenty of room for family of 5 with an extra bedroom. Had an issue upon arrival that was promptly dealt with. Would return if in the area. Quiet and secure neighborhood.

Winter Vacation

This home was in a great location, it was close to amenities and activities. The home could use some repairs such as, blinds broke, large gaps under doors, pool needs to be resurfaced, and upstairs shower doors do not open or close (did not use shower we were afraid we would break the glass). There were also great things about this place bedrooms were large in size, had a great pool area, beds were comfortable, and it was great having a lot of options for watching television.

This house is prefect. Very spacious and enough room to spread out. The hot tub and pool are great. They even have a bathroom outside at the pool area. Total of 6 bathrooms. The air conditioning works great. Definitely number 1 that we have stayed at. We always rent a house in this same area. Will rent again.

Really enjoyed the nice home & pool. Nice to have 5 bathrooms to accommodate everyone & the bathroom on patio near pool was very nice;kept from having to go inside home to use restroom. Nice neighborhood & very quite. Would definitely recommend & would love to stay here again!

Family Summer Vacation 2019

The overall experience was great. The home was more than adequate for our needs. Spacious, well maintained. The only issue I had was one of the TV in the bedroom was not working at all, and in another bedroom there was no remote control. The garbage was too inadequate for a rental that size, it should have had at least two bins considering that collection was once a week and on a Monday. The response from the Property Management was a bit lacking.

Nice Home

The home was wonderful. Only had a issue with a couple of plugs in the kitchen I didnt worry about it due to there was plenty of plugs. We decided to have the hot tub heated half way through our trip and it was amazing they came within 15 minutes and turned it on. All the beds are comfortable and the new couch was amazing. I would definitely stay in this house again.

I liked many things of the house like the location, the cleanliness and the spacious and comfortable of the house; what I did not like was that there were not many large pots to cook, the sofa in the living room was old and the spa never worked.

Amazing!!!

The house met our expectations and then some. The house was welcoming and roomy for all of us. We had 4 adults and 6 children, and had enough room to do our own thing. No one had to fight over the bathroom which was awesome considering 4 of the children were teenagers (girls). The neighborhood was secluded and beautiful and felt like we were in our own world but still in the city. The neighbors were friendly and was nice enough to let us borrow a big pot to cook in. The only down fall is the house needs to have larger pots and pans to cook out of when there are families staying with more than 4 people. Also the couch is flaking, which is probably from past people sitting on the pleather when wet. Other than those two issues, it didn’t stop the house from being amazing.

Disappointed

This is our third time renting a home through Florida Spirit. This is the first time we were disappointed, this house needs UPDATING! For starters the sectional vinyl couch is flaking all over the place, a piece of cabinet was off in the kitchen, one of the sliding glass doors doesn't lock just has a stick in it, the beds & pillows were uncomfortable, only two jets in the hot tub were working and the house could use some more seating outside. The screen was torn in several areas around the pool. We left behind our pool noodles and floats for the next family since there wasn't any. Location is great but we won't rent this particular home again.

Our vacation home was awesome! Everything was perfect! Lots of space and clean. The Florida Spirit staff were great at answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend. We will never stay in another hotel again when we vacation in Florida again.

parking was problematic, pillows were flat, abundant amount of towels, the leather couch was falling apart- when you sat on it black pieces came off on your clothing, pool was nice but needed more chairs, very few spoons and kitchen necessities
