This luxurious home offers two full living areas downstairs, with a large cable TV to enjoy together with your family. Throughout the home, you will find plush mattresses for a perfect nights sleep, a game room stocked with a pool table and foosball table for some friendly competition, and TVs throughout the home for everyone to enjoy. With a fully stocked kitchen, you will be able to cook meals for your entire family without hassle. Also downstairs, you'll find the master ensuite, beautifully decorated with a garden tub to enjoy and soak the day away.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the remaining five bedrooms and four bathrooms, all decorated to match! With two bedrooms for the adults hosting the king and queen beds, and the remaining bedrooms hosting twin beds for the little ones to enjoy, each guest will enjoy a sense of privacy during their stay in this fantastic property! * Starting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 , Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay. After that Providence will be charging each short-term rental guest (per person) $10.00 per day, or $40.00 per week to use the Association’s common area recreational facilities (Community Pool and Gym). That fee should be paid at the Clubhouse Front Desk in the time of using the amenities. There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall.
