Francheska's Villa is a luxurious, designer-inspired six-bedroom, five-bathroom house with a private heated* pool/spa. Professionally decorated with high standards. The home is part of the prestigious new Champions Gate development, located only minutes from Disney World in Orlando, and close to an array of fantastic shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

As you arrive at this home, the brick-paved driveway invites you to see what’s inside.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a professionally decorated home featuring elegant touches throughout. The home features an open-plan, upgraded kitchen, a tranquil dining area and a fun family space. The main level includes a large family-style living room with TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8. Bedroom One: This room has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. Garage - Game Room with pool table and Big flat-screen TV. Access to pool area through back door. Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Private pool and spa.

The second level has a stand-alone bathroom with stand-up shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bedroom Two: King Bed with ensuite and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Four: Bunk Beds with Twin and Full Bed and a flat-screen TV.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Greatness overload!

My sister and I usually go to Florida every year with the kids! This rental was extremely clean and vacay ready! My daughter who is 16 loved the property. Her and her cousins could walk to the water park resort area with no problems. Everything was up to standard. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

We stayed at francheskas villa April 4-11
A family group of 9 adults and 3 toddlers
The home was very spacious for all of us
Just a couple of suggestions
As a 5* rated home we expected
More towels and towels of better quality but we managed it would have been beneficial if there were some baking and mixing bowls since we prepared most of our meals
The home is very large we enjoyed both the community areas (the retreat and the oasis)

Beautiful

This house is beautiful, very clean, with plenty of space, not a complaint but FYI , you have sunlight by the pool from sunrise to 3, which we found great for kids!
But upon arrival, we could not get the patio door open in the dining room, which was a bummer, because that’s where the outside dining table was, so we never had a bbq or ate outside

Lovely holiday home!

Very comfortable home that accommodated 8 of our family very nicely. Very good communication with rental company pre stay, helpful regarding purchase of baby equipment from Walmart. House was very clean on arrival, very comfortable beds, we all slept well. Very minimal supply of cleaning products etc. Reasonably equipped in terms of crockery/ cooking appliances etc. parking available for the three cars that we had. Only downside was that the street was noisy at the weekend with party of people in the garage next door well after curfew time. No details in the house of who to contact at the gatehouse regarding this. Overall, we would recommend!

Nice Vacation rental!

We stayed at this home for a week right after Christmas. The house was very clean and fairly new. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the clubhouse offered additional swimming. We have stayed at many Florida spirit vacation homes and always have a great time.
They are very prompt to address any issues that arise. I also like how easy it is to reserve a home online.
