This 1600+ sq ft, single-story home is located less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World, in the gated High Grove community.You will have access to the community club house, a cyber cafe with Wi-Fi, a community pool and spa, fitness room, community game room, outdoor kids' play area and more!
This home features two king master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. One bedroom has pool patio access. Two bedrooms feature two sets of twin beds each in a unique "Jack-and-Jill," style, sharing an attached full bathroom. Enjoy your favorite show before going to bed; every bedroom features its own TV. Everything you need for your ideal Orlando-area vacation is waiting for you at Hazelwood!
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Great place to stay!

The house was comfortable and everything worked as expected. We have rented through VRBO for years with our family and this was the first time we ever experienced a towel shortage. (2) small white hotel style towels are provided per guest...that's it. Every other house we've ever rented had PLENTY of towels. They are cheap, stock up people. Luckily my mom checked in and we came a few days later, so we put extra in our suitcases...but that's a bummer to have to do.

Clermont Home
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this home again in the future. There were two noticeable items broken in the home upon our arrival. I contacted Florida Spirit right away and they offered to send someone, to which we declined as the two items did not affect our stay. They did say they’d send someone upon our departure which was satisfactory to us. It does seem like the carpet could use a cleaning throughout the whole home and while there were certainly kitchen and bath items provided, there was nothing “above and beyond” as we’ve experienced at other vacation rentals of similar price levels.

Very nice rental. I didn’t like that there was only one bath tub and unfortunately it was located between the two twin bed rooms.Vertical blinds were missing or broken ��. Overall this was very spacious and roomy. I would rent it again.

The house was very nice and clean. Had a little trouble with the pool heat but they sent someone to fix it right away. The beds are harder than I like. That's my only complaint with the place. It's in a nice location and was fairly close to where we were going.

Thanksgiving made great
The home was perfect for what we needed it for! Plenty of room for the family to spread out! Only downfall the community does not have lots of activities for the kids.

The towels had stains, the blinds were broken, there were stains on the carpet. On our last day we saw a very big roach.
Thank you for your review, Devon! We greatly appreciate you sending photos of the items mentioned in your review. The towels definitely should have been checked for any damages by our cleaning staff and we will be sure to follow-up with them in regards to this. With vacation rental homes, they do see a lot of foot traffic and general wear and tear, but are scheduled seasonally for deep carpet cleanings. Our homes are professionally treated by pest control vendors with traps that dehydrate the roaches. Due to Florida being a very swampy area, it is not uncommon to see roaches, spiders, and ants in odd in and outside of a home. We do hope to see you again in the future for another stay and thank you for choosing Florida Spirit!

My family loved the house. Spacious and clean, had enough towels for everyone, and the kids LOVED the pool.
Only slight complaint I had is that the hot tub never got hot, but it was still a great 4 days! Definitely booking again soon.

One Floor Oasis

This house was what we wanted, one floor living, (we even rented it before we left last years home. This development is quiet, well maintained, easy to navigate from to local attractions and restaurants. The pictures and description of this home are accurate. The management company (FloridaSpirit) dos a wonderful job, are very responsive to your needs, and if need will go out of their way to make your stay even more enjoyable. We needed medical emergency services while there and were extremely pleased with EMS ambulance staff, Florida CELEBRATION Hospital and all its staff.
As they say "LOCATION< LOCATION< LOCATION" This house is wonderful.
Places to eat are within a short drive as is a Walmart that now has an expanded ABC wine and liquor building. We even found there is a very friendly dog park IF your place allows pets.
When you contact Florida Spirit for reservations you'll be treated cordially,professionally and helpfully in making your vacation choice.

Hazelwood Disney Stay

We always rent a house in near Disney when we go each year. The house was advertised to be a little closer than it really was but still didn't have to get on I-4, which was nice. House was great, in good shape, great pool and spa. All around an enjoyable experience

A great stay
Great neighborhood, nice club house, friendly people. Home was quite spacious and a great value compared to a hotel. Only complaint is that the TVs were small. But hey, who's watching TV with all that sun and fun outside.

After some research on the net we found the rental compagny Florida spirit vacation home. We book thru the internet. After a 33 hours drive from Canada, we arrived to destination and we found a beautiful house, well maintained, clean, safe, and close to all the high way and the attraction. The kid love that place and they dont want to leave it after 11 days. I recommand this renter to anyone and I will rebook again in the futur
