You need to spend your next Orlando vacation in Jasmine Garden. This townhome is gorgeous and modernly furnished. The home is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to have their own space.
Featured on the main level is Bedroom One: King sized bed, flat screen TV, window view of the street and private ensuite with a toilet, standup shower and sink. Living room with flat screen TV and seating, open kitchen layout with an island that seats 4. The dining area looks out into the pool area and comfortably seats 8. There is also a half bath that has pool access from it.
On the second level you will find Bedroom Two: King bedroom suite with flat screen TV and private ensuite that has dual sinks, toilet and stand up shower. This room and bathroom is considered to be the largest in the entire house, square-footage wise. Bedroom Three: King bedroom with flat screen TV and ensuite. Bedroom Four: Princess themed room that has two twin beds with a flat screen TV. Bedroom Five: Toy Story themed room that has two twin beds with a flat screen TV.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

A Home away from Home
The jasmine gardens was everything and more for my family, we really enjoyed the stay. You won’t be disappointed, very clean.

Great location, great rental house.
Great house, great management staff. There is a light post directly outside of 2 of the bedrooms. The bedrooms never really get dark at night, I would recommend some light blocking shades on the windows in his bedrooms.

Family vacation

This unit was spacious for our family of 8. It was spotlessly clean. The pool was cleaned every day. The area was quiet and the amenities on the resort were exceptional. Only complaint and for us it was a very important one. We didn’t control the AC and it was so hot in the house. It was adjusted from the office once but definitely not enough. Oh and the mattress in downstairs bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. .

Great house with convenient location!

This rental was great for our vacation in Orlando! The house is convenient and a short drive from many of the Disney parks...about 15-20 minutes, so that was a plus. The house was also clean and the directions to access the home were seamless. The only issue was the master on the first floor. The sink was broken, and although it did have a sign, it would’ve been nice to know prior. And the showers don’t have shelving or caddies, so all shower toiletries had to be placed on the floor. But other than that, we had a great stay!!
Cynthia, thank you for your detailed review! Shower caddies are not provided in the homes in any bathroom, but is a great recommendation for the home for convenience for future guests! We do regret that the sink was unable to be repaired properly prior to your stay, as it was very difficult to secure vendors during the time of your stay to complete the repairs prior to your visit. We are so happy to hear that the rest of the home was such a great experience for you and hope that we will see you again in the future.

Amazing Stay

This was by far one of our best experiences with a vacation home rental company. On more than one occasion they worked with us to make sure we could have the best experience.
Due to awful weather (a blizzard) and multiple canceled flights, they worked with us twice to change the dates of our trip. No rebooking fees. No hassle. Just empathy, a listening ear, and amazing problem solvers who helped to rebook our trip.
We came to a house that was well cleaned. Yes, there are minor scuffs and scrapes, but not beyond what would be expected.
There was more than enough space for a family of five. Kitchen items were everything we needed. Plentiful towels. Though beds are a bit creaky, bed are comfortable.
I would like to especially thank Austin. I had left an after hours message regarding our pool heater not working. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal, but after a few days of cool weather, it was cold. Austin understood we were on the last part of our trip and got someone out ASAP.

Extremely Clean, Great Solara Townhome

Very pleased with our stay at Jasmine Garden. Upon first arrival, we were extremely satisfied with how clean and maintained the property was. This end unit was very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space for our family. Less than a three minute walk to clubhouse, pool and flowrider. There is a street light directly outside of the first floor master bedroom that made it seem like it was daylight at all times, but that was the only minor concern we had. Will certainly stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great rental

This rental was perfect for our mixed family of 7. Everyone had a bedroom. Very well located for the Amusement parks. The resort facilities are excellent and the grocery store about 10 minutes away. Check in at the gate went very smoothly.
Unfortunately the ground floor master bedroom has a street lamp outside it that shines all night directly into the room. Desperately needs room darkening shades, so make sure to pack your sleep mask!

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful, beautiful home and it was nice to be close enough to go to Disney everyday but far away enough to be out of the hubbub. We had a couple minor issues when we got there but they were taken care of rather quickly after I called. This was a great place to stay and nice and clean!!
