The open floor plan features living room seating, an island bar overlooking the kitchen and a spacious dining room. The downstairs master king ensuite features a bathroom leading to the private pool deck! An additional two king beds room and a shared bathroom are on this level.

You will be surprised when you see all the space the upstairs loft has to spread out! With two tv's, a seating area, and a pool table you can easily relax or play games together with friends and family. The remaining bedrooms on this level included a king master ensuite, a full bed, a king bedroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, and another king bedroom.

The pool deck is the right place for fun in the sun! With seating and it's own private spa, you can easily spend hours of fun right at home!

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor Island is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 38 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor Island features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR ISLAND NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.
